  Honestly, every time that I’ve tried to rent a car from this location I’ve had a terrible experience Either the car had mechanical issues or There is never any cars available as a business You should be responsible for putting this on your website if that is always the case so that way, we at least know To expect that there may or may not be cars available And the dude with the bald head that’s always working in the front every single time he’s there he just seems very lackluster like he doesn’t wanna be there he always has some type of attitude/sassy remark and it’s pathetic if you don’t wanna work there then don’t it is very upsetting that every time I come here it’s the same dude with the same nasty vibe it’s not very welcoming And all the other enterprises never act like this it’s always this one!

  Reserved and paid for a car two weeks in advance. When I arrived, they said there were no cars available. There were several people working there but was too lazy to call and inform us in advance so we could make other arrangements. Employees had attitudes like we were inconveniencing them. Never will rent from this place again.

  Awful customer service! Find a different enterprise or car rental company. This place is horrible. They have no respect for time or people. STAY AWAY!!! SKETCHY PEOPLE.

  Verrica was amazing with getting me into another rental until my settlement is complete. He took his time to help me and making sure everything was correct and in order before completing the rental and I’m very grateful for wonderful customer service.

  I reserved a car online, but when I arrive to pick up the car, they told me that they didn’t have any cars available, which was extremely frustrating because I was leaving for a business trip. They put my job in jeopardy with their foolishness. I ended up having to cancel the trip and getting fired!!! All because I was a no-show thanks to a deceiving website. This place is the worst. Do not go here.
