  My 3rd time renting here and they consistently have not had my car ready. If you book here prepare to call other locations bc they won’t do it.

  Made reservation weeks in advance for my son’s prom. I received a call 2 days prior to confirm my reservation. On getting there, they had 0 car for rental. According to the associates, there are 7 people waiting in the lobby for rentals and they have zero. This is beyond disappointing. No apology or nothing. You could at least call to let us know you don’t have any car to rent out. I took an uber to get to them and had to uber back home.

  The young lady(Briana ) that assisted me from beginning to end was phenomenal!!! Well done customer service! Reminds me of Sabrina from Covington location! Great job ma’am and thank you for your hospitality!!

  Unprofessional service. I recently rented a car with them. Apparently they overbooked that day because when I arrived, even though I made a reservation, I had to wait over an hour and finally received what was an "upgrade" after closing time which I thought was a nice gesture. I returned the vehicle 15 minutes before closing on its due date and did not get a receipt but didn't initially think anything of it. I assumed that because I got the vehicle at the end of business day, that I would be given until the end of business day on its due date. About three weeks later, I saw that I was billed for an additional business day. I contacted the store to address the matter and was told I would receive a call back. Never did. I guess they charged me for that " upgrade" after all. No way if I have the choice would I ever return to them. I will be going back to Avis down the street where I had good service without any unprofessional shady business.
