  Well everything was good until we got ready to leave and come back to Atlanta on Sunday but the car parking break was on and wouldn't come out of park. Called roadside they came out and couldn't get it either so Uber came took us 5 minutes to another location when we got there guy says we are bout to close and we have nothing available. So due to is being in Florida had to call family to take us to the airport on Jacksonville to get another vehicle the guy here was very helpful and nice. So he gave us the swap out and told us he was sorry that they should have sent us there first. So we got home safely I returned the vehicle on Monday told me frank what happened he said he take one day off which he did but in the meantime we had to wait for family to take us to the airport because Uber didn't come Thanks to Mr. Frank on Covington hwy in lithiona and to the young man at the airport in Jacksonville. We could have been stuck. I think you all still should give us some other compensation. When you have kids and they asking how we going to get home

  I recently had a terrible experience at the Enterprise Lithonia location. After calling around to several locations to reserve a full-size vehicle, we decided to call and reserve a call directly. We spoke with a lady at the front desk who assured us that the vehicle was available and that we could reserve it over the phone with me. However, when I arrived at the location, the supervisor, Trey Causy, informed me that they only had a small vehicle available. He was not willing to help us and was rude and passive towards us. He refused to assist us even though we had already come to the location from multiple other locations that day. I strongly advise against going to that location ever again.

  The lack of professionalism is beneath any other rental car agency. They are never prepared when I have used this location. They have more bodies in the office than they have cars. The problems they have could be handled with using a computer, telephone, and staff in an effective manner.

  The staff was very pleasant, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. The rental process was quick and easy. The only issue was that the vehicle had small amount of pet hair on the seats when I picked it up. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.
