Came out to the house one day after I called. Put in a new windshield in my car in my driveway in one hour and a half, calibrated all cameras. Very pleased with the service. Service tech was great and had a great attitude.
Ethan at the Lithia Springs location was absolutely amazing! He was flexible, professional, and kept me updated the entire time — from when he was on the way to when the job was completed. His communication and customer service were outstanding. He’s truly a great asset to Safelite, and if I ever need service again, I would definitely request Ethan!

Tyrell did a great job replacing my windshield! Arrived on time and completed the job in the amount of time he said he would! He explained what to do after very effectively!! Very satisfied with my safelite experience!!

My technician Tyrell made the whole experience great. He was polite, respectful, and professional. He did excellent work and wasn't afraid or nervous about my dogs, which is a huge plus in my book! I also appreciate the fact that as a mobile unit I didn't have to take my one year old granddaughter out to sit in some waiting area while they replaced my windshield. We were able to stay home where keeping her happy and entertained was much much easier! I would definitely recommend Safelight to my family and friends.

Absolutely terrible. They were called for a windshield replacement. Broke my rear view mirror housing, and tried to glue it together. When I called him, he said he was ordering the replacement part. Came out installed the mirror housing. It was the wrong part. They put it in anyway despite it not fitting properly. Took the car to my tint place, found out the replacement windshield was cracked. Had to call again for another replacement. Today my second new windshield gets installed. He closed the plastic piece at the base of the windshield in my hood.
I'm livid. I will never use Safelite again.
This is turning out to be more expensive now that I have to order replacement parts and hire someone to fix Safelite's multiple screw ups!
What are the chances that 2 separate techs break my stuff!?
