  I love how reasonable their prices are. The technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. He completed my windshield fix very fast and explained everything that was gonna happen next steps and what to look out for. Plus, they have no hidden fees. The price I saw online was exactly the price I paid, which I love!!!

  The tech was good. The service was good. What was not good? Was them calling my insurance company filing a claim? I paid cash so I wouldn't have a claim. Be careful who you talk to about it

  ****THE TECH DID NOT WANT TO DO THE REPAIR!!!! And told us MULTIPLE times to "go somewhere else that it'll be a lot cheaper" his own words to me in person and again on the phone with my ex. The tech cancelled the 1st appt on his way to our home. Then when he came out 2 days later, he informed me the windshield they pulled from my VIN was "wrong and the correct one would now be over $600 and and additional $50 for calibration, but I could find another shop to do it cheaper". His EXACT words 😬 Being an Cbus, OH company and KNOWING how they do things, this is WILD AF

  Our technician was Terrance. He was on time, (even arrived early) friendly, polite, and very efficient. Terrance knows what great customer service is all about. He did an excellent job on our truck windshield. We had a very pleasant experience with Terrance and Safelite. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  I went here through insurance to replace a windshield. They couldn’t recalibrate it and told me I had to have some things resolved at my dealership first and that I could bring it back under warranty. I did that just to find out that they were using the wrong type of windshield for my vehicle (the safelite in Marietta informed me of this). While getting the information needed to complete my repair, they found out and informed me that this location closed out the ticket. After talking to corporate, I have to start the process. This is the most incompetent of the locations by far.
