  I'd really appreciate it if someone from the corporate office would reply to this comment. I don't visit racetrac locations as much as I once did years ago and one of the main reasons why is because of the poor experiences from different locations. It's sad that all we have to choose from here in Ga is racetrac or QT when we want decent coffee and or a quick on the road snack. I honestly wish that we had a Buc-ees here. One kinda rude employee at this particular location. No, I don't know his name and I probably wouldn't put it here anyway if I did. My goal isn't to get anyone fired but to hopefully get corporates attention and they'll in turn focus more on the locations that lack the great customer experiences, and improve them. Example? This morning I visited this location because it's close to work. 6 or 7 coffee machines is great! That's like a no wait scenario but, the issue is there's only ONE machine that offers the Guatemalan coffee flavor and that ONE machine is always down. Every single morning it's in "cleaning mode" so for 2 weeks now that flavor hasn't been available. It bothered me so much that I decided to circle back after work to check on that machine. Maybe I'm over thinking it right? Maybe the machine is on a timer and cleaning at the same time early in the morning. I visited the location again after work the same day and guess what I found? Yeah, that ONE machine still in "cleaning mode". It's clearly noticeable that the other machines coffee beans aren't completely full and you can see that they've been used. This machine is always completely full and appears that it hasn't been touched. If Guatemalan coffee is an option, why is it only available on one machine? Let's start there. Secondly why is that one machine always unavailable? I challenge corporate to send a secret shopper to this location and check this out. I'm sure once you arrive you'll find quite a few other things that need attention as well. Thanks for letting me rant. Hopefully this will be seen by whomever can make some changes.

  Bathrooms are always clean people who work inside are always friendly. What else could you want from a service station?

  The restroom is always really,really, really busy. Just get a bucket. Everything else was great.

  Clean bathrooms and well stocked. Was in and out, it was even busy. Great place to run in and out if you don’t have a lot of time.

  Absolutely the worst service I've EVER had. The young lady that rang me up didn't say a word, barely looked at me, didn't offer to bag my purchase and literally walked away from the register before I even swiped my card. As someone who teaches values of respect and results, communication skills, etc, I was very unimpressed.
