I had a good experience so I returned on Wednesday for an oil change. At the end of the service, the technician inadvertently informed me that my coolant reservoir cap was missing, because he assumed my last oil change was serviced at the dealership. I informed him that it was Express Oil Change's fault because my last oil change was done at their location. At this point they try to convince me that the missing coolant cap posed no danger even though the car was driven for thousands of miles in between oil change. They informed me that the cap will arrive Friday from the dealership and proceeded to cover the coolant with plastic and hold it down with rubber band. I had to be the one to reach back out to them about the cap only to be told that it will not come in until Monday. No apologies, no urgency just excuses. In the meantime I forced to park my car until this issue is resolved.
