Buyer beware. I used a coupon and booked my appointment online and it said a basic oil change was going to be $59. But once I got there the total was over $100. Even with my discount. I had mentioned it to the tech prior to them starting the oil change and was under the impression we were good, but then after the oil change was started I was informed that the total was going to be $85 and change for a BASIC oil change. Don't get me wrong the location was nice, the people were very good as well and very friendly but I absolutely feel like this was a bait and switch between what you book online and then what happens when you get to the actual location.

Professional shop all the way through. Everyone clearly has their processes down to a science. It was busy when I showed up but I moved very quickly through the garage getting my oil change and tires rotated. Trey helped me during my visit and provided model service. His attitude and demeanor was that of someone who was an expert that takes pride in their work, and was respectful and considerate of me as the customer. I got my oil changed, fluids topped up, tires rotated, transparent clear pricing, and validation of completed work every step of the way. Trey was also very thorough in examining the rest of my vehicle, making important service suggestions outside the original scope of my visit, but not pushing or pressuring me to add on additional services unnecessarily. I left this place satisfied with the quality of work, the quick turnaround time, and sense of trust I built with Trey. I will absolutely be returning here for future oil changes and tire rotations based on this experience. Trey if you read this, thanks for your help and thanks for lending me that scraper so I could get that sticky junk off my window!
