  Marcus was great with the 10 minute oil change. I was truly there less them 10 minutes and they printed up a receipt with a full check on my car without forcing me to fix it day of. I highly recommend!

  I went in for an emissions test, and although I did not pass, the customer service was excellent!! Justin explained why I possibly did not pass and what I needed to do before the retest. I had not driven my car for several months and needed to put some miles on it. Justin was very polite and professional, he not only added air to my tires, he also changed out the windshield wipers that I had with me. At the end of all that great customer service, I found out that Justin was the General Manager of the location. What a great way to stay in touch with the customers. I will be going back in a couple of weeks to retest and get an oil change. Awesome service Justin!!!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Express Oil Change. I brought my vehicle in expecting a thorough diagnosis of an issue I was having. Instead, I was charged approximately $160 for what appears to have been nothing more than plugging my car into a computer and reading the codes—the same basic service that many auto parts stores provide at little to no cost. To make matters worse, my vehicle was supposedly “diagnosed” and ready in about 30 minutes. There was no disassembly, no in-depth inspection, and no effort to determine the root cause of the problem. I left feeling like I paid a premium price for a very minimal service. What really destroyed my trust was being told that my spark plugs had never been changed since the vehicle reached 60,000 miles. That statement is completely false. I have the vehicle’s Carfax maintenance records, which clearly document the work that has been performed over the years. Being given inaccurate information makes me seriously question the quality and honesty of the diagnosis I received. I have been a loyal customer for oil changes in the past, but after this experience, I will not be returning. I expect transparency, accuracy, and value for my money. Unfortunately, I received none of those things. I cannot recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. I would call the tech by name, but it doesn’t matter. This affects the entire business as a whole. I may a “girl” but not an uneducated one when it comes to cars and business. Very poor service and negative $160. Oh and he quoted me repair cost up to $5000 for my car. As well as insisted on me getting the repair done the same day I dropped it. I guess he thought I was dumb enough and had the money to spare. As bad as the economy already is, you can’t even trust your local mechanics anymore.
