  The best enterprise I have ever dealt with always willing to help. The staff is extremely respectful and professional. They made sure the truck I rented was exactly what I needed even had it ready 2 hours earlier than it was scheduled to pick up. I will always use this location and would refer everyone there. Thank you!!! You guys are rockstars

  Mr. Nick at Enterprise on Veterans Memorial Highway in Lithia Springs provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and efficient, getting me in and out in no time. The vehicle was clean inside and out, and it was topped off and ready to go when I arrived. I’m very happy with my experience and truly appreciate the smooth, hassle-free service Nick provided. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for a quick and pleasant rental experience.

  It’s extremely hard to get in contact with customer service over the phone. It doesn’t matter what time you call or how many times you call, the wait time will atleast be 30 mins+ . It’s better to just go in person if you have ever have an issue with the car

  The location on Wendy Bagwell let me make a reservation knowing they didn't have a car for me. Luckily, the location on Thornton did after I had to call because the agent at Wendy Bagwell didn't even want to do that. He also claimed he tried to call me, but I had NO missed calls and NO voicemail. I was very disappointed by the agent and the company. I'm giving 4 stars because the agent at Thornton made up for his lack of customer service, and the return was made easier for me, letting me return it to a closer location, without a fee being charged.

  I recently rented a Sprinter from this Enterprise location for my daughter’s 8th birthday celebration, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Donjah for the incredible experience she provided. From the moment I walked in, Donjah had such warm, positive energy. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and genuinely funny. She was working the front by herself with at least four or five customers waiting, yet somehow she managed to take care of everyone without making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. When I returned the Sprinter, Donjah was there again, and she actually remembered why I had rented it and asked how my daughter’s birthday celebration went. That small gesture showed that her kindness wasn’t just part of a transaction, she genuinely cared. It’s rare to come across someone who is both exceptionally good at their job and genuinely kind, and Donjah is absolutely both. She represented Enterprise incredibly well and turned what could have been a routine rental experience into one that I’ll remember. There is actually another Enterprise location closer to my home, but because of my experience with Donjah, I will go out of my way to rent from this location from now on. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Employees like Donjah are the reason customers come back.
