  Absolutely ridiculous. The level of unprofessionalism and outright cowardice is beyond comprehension. I spoke with the manager yesterday and he informed me thar they didn’t have any premium SUV’s but that he could put me in a mini-van, as I’m moving my daughter into college tomorrow morning. When I arrived, the young lady at the counter informs me that I was scheduled for pick ups yesterday. However, I had a text message from Enterprise that my reservation was scheduled for today, Friday, August 14, 2026. The young lady gets the manager who I spoke with yesterday. He comes in, gives me the “hey have you been helped” and I said yes. He eventually comes around after he preps himself for the BS that he’s about to sell. He knows the entire time who I am and that I had been helped. He then goes into the “well we expected you yesterday”. Mind you, I reserved the car for Friday with a return after hours on Saturday. He then states, “we don’t have anything for you”. I almost blew a gasket! Now, I’m stuck without a vehicle to move my daughter into her dorm tommorow morning. I’m reporting you and your team to cooperate.
