  Enterprise Car Rental is the very best there is as far as I am concerned. I can't stop singing their praise. Renting cars from them always feels like a family affair. Kudos, guys!

  This location needs Donya as the manager to turn that place around because NICK needs to be fired! Donya is the only one who is polite, has great communication, reasonable, understanding, and has any customer service skills! Please do not rent from here just go to Enterprise on Thornton Rd and Maxham!

  I was delighted with my experience with Enterprise from start to finish. From being picked up in a very timely manner at the body shop where I dropped off my vehicle for repairs to the actual rental process and the convenience of being able to just drop off the rental at the body shop and drive away in my own car, the experience was seamless. My sales advisor was very courteous, professional, and efficient and put me in a car that I really enjoyed driving while my car was being repaired. They really helped to make what could have been a stressful situation into a very pleasant one. Kudos Enterprise on a job very well done! I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

  There are other rental places closer to me, but I always go to this one. I've been doing business with Donja and Nick for almost a year now and I can testify they're incredibly professional. They're really customer-focused. I recommend this place for your car rental business. I'm taking 2 stars off because there's no more after hour drop off and this is not clearly notified to the customer at pick-up. For e.g., if you pick the car at 5 pm on Friday for 2 days, you must drop it off before 1 pm on Sunday to avoid being charged for an extra day! This is unfair!

  I would like to thank the staff at this Enterprise location for the excellent service provided while my car was being repaired. After picking me up from the repair shop, they were kind and considerate, informative, and they got me into a good rental. I look forward to using Enterprise in the future, hopefully under better circumstances.
