  The lady that answered the phone this morning was so dry. They should not put people on the phone that are not morning persons. And she was super unhelpful. But that started with her phone demeanor.

  I am truly disappointed with this dealership’s service department and wish I had read the reviews before bringing my Jeep here. After reading through the complaints, it seems many women have had similar experiences, which makes me question whether customers are being taken advantage of. I was charged $1,417 for a coolant flush and two hose replacements. The hoses were priced at $88.94 each, antifreeze was $43.26, and labor alone was $1,122.96. These charges feel extremely excessive and honestly come across as predatory. This was absolutely my last visit here. Transparency and honesty should be standard business practices, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly encourage others to seek service elsewhere and save themselves the stress, frustration, and financial burden.
