  I made an appointment for my windshield. The lady on the phone gave me a timeframe of 1-6. No one showed up. When I call, the system couldn’t pull up an appointment for me. This is unprofessional. I feel like she did this on purpose. She was completely rude on the phone. And I put my whole day on hold waiting for someone to show up.

  Tech Francisco was friendly, professional and skilled at his job. He did a great job on my 2025 Telluride. He made sure the windshield was calibrated and all was functional before leaving. This is exactly what you want when someone replaces your windshield.

  A 10 out of 10 experience because setting up the appointment online was very easy. The service was done at my home driveway. The technician was professional and friendly. He also did a great job. And there was a lot of good proactive communication before, during and after the service. Outstanding!

  I have been a loyal Safelite customer for years, having used your services three separate times with great results, but my recent experience with Lilburn location was absolutely unacceptable. I scheduled my service a week in advance and confirmed the appointment at least three times via text message over the course of that week. Despite that, Safelite expected me to answer a confirmation call at 7:00 AM on the day of the appointment, and because I didn't pick up at that exact early hour, they unilaterally cancelled my booking. ​When I tried to sort this out, customer service claimed they sent a text notification that I never received—and I have the screenshots to prove it. To make matters worse, after cancelling my appointment through no fault of my own, the earliest they could reschedule me was five days out if I drove to the shop, or a full week out for mobile service. There was zero effort to fix their mistake or accommodate a returning customer. ​The main issue here is a complete reliance on over-automation that has stripped away all human understanding. Trying to call customer care just routes you through an infuriating automated loop that eventually hangs up on you. Safelite used to be a brand built on trust and reliability, but they have completely lost that by prioritizing rigid, broken automated systems over real customer service. I am absolutely certain that this review won't effect safelite and don't expect any response them either but I am incredibly disappointed and have taken my car to a provider that actually values professional courtesy and their customers' time.

  I think it's disgusting that you can go here, leave with none of your sensors working (and clearly not checked because my Jeep hides sensor options in the menu if the sensors are not working so...) and then not be able to get ahold of a person because all of their customer service is a phone tree and an AI Bot. Someone needs to just call me. And actually provides some customer service, but I'm never coming back here again after this.
