  I went to the Lilburn location and the technician was excellent! They were a little behind because they were busy, but I went in expecting that (because I expect a delay for anything to do with cars), but once he was able to get to my car he was quick, and he was very open and honest with me and did excellent work.

  The actual glass replacement work at the Safelite Lilburn location was done well, and I was initially satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, the billing experience afterward completely changed my opinion. After paying the agreed-upon amount in full and receiving a receipt, I was later told there had been a pricing mistake on their end. I understand errors happen, but instead of resolving it professionally, an additional charge was placed on my credit card over two weeks later without my authorization, receipt, or any communication. Even more concerning, the amount charged did not match the amount previously discussed; it was more. Multiple follow-up commitments were made by management, but no one ever contacted me back. Good workmanship does not excuse poor billing practices or unauthorized charges. I’ve since had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and escalate the issue to corporate leadership.

  Fabulous tech Dan. A 32+ year employee. This doesn’t happen these days. Taken early out early for my apt. I hope the chairman of Safelite recognizes this exemplary employee for his dedication to fabulous customer service and craftsmanship on my Mercedes ML350. There’s nobody better than Safelite and Dan. I great full my insurance company recommend Safelite Bob Hubbard Buckhead GA

  I had such a great experience with Safelite! My technician Rodney was AMAZING from start to finish. Professional, friendly, fast, and made sure everything was done perfectly. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. He went above and beyond, explained everything clearly, and got the job done with no issues at all. 1000/1000 recommend Rodney if you get the chance! Safelite repair, Safelite replace indeed 🫶🏾

  I believe the workmanship was good. The only complain I have is communication. Many of the emails or text said id would be an estimated 2-3 hours until completion. The day before I received a call to let me know it would be 4 hours. I was there for 5 hours. It just seems like they overbook themselves. This is just my opinion based on observation. Clean place and cordial people.
