I had a great experience first of all Mike is the guy that serves my tires he also postponed his lunch to help the young lady at the front desk. to get me registered absolutely great service. He also recommends for all my tires be checked for nails.

I had a fiasco today with a blown tire on the highway, tow truck mixup, the list goes on but long story short Blu (Store Manager) was a godsend to my horrible day! I was supposed to make it to the shop around 5 (they close at 6) and due to an GPS issue with the towing company we wouldn’t arrive until 5:45 or so. He agreed to still take me and personally replace my tire himself even though the store was closing. Please go see him, it’s rare to experience such great customer service!

Went in expecting a bigger bill, but these guys were straight with me the whole way. No upselling, just honest work. Blu at the front desk was great , helpful, easy to deal with, made the whole thing way less stressful. Definitely recommend this place.

Amari provided an amazing experience from start to finish! He was very informative and communicative throughout the entire process while getting my alignment and tire rotation done. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. I really appreciated how professional, friendly, and attentive he was.On top of that, the service was extremely quick without feeling rushed or careless. It’s always nice to have someone who knows what they’re doing and actually takes the time to communicate with the customer. Amari made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and I left feeling confident that my car was taken care of properly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for great service and someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job. Excellent customer service!

I walked in with no appointment because the Low air tire light had come on when I started the car and didn’t go off. I had never been to this location before and didn’t know what to expect. I received a warm welcome. The service was quick. The analysis of the tire was exact and the repair was made within minutes. Fritz is excellent at customer service! I would have no hesitation to take my car back to this place. The service was definitely five star!
