  Mavis here in lilburn will now be the only tire shop I visit!! Quick reliable service and a huge part is the great attitude from everyone! That rare to find these days! Deandre took great care of my car and got me on my way! Thanks again to the Team at Mavis in lilburn.

  Very upset that my father has been coming here with no issues. When I come I ended up having a issue and dangerous one. I went to get my brakes done while waiting for a tire to come in at discount tire right. So they installed my brakes I saw the guy putting them on took him a little minute but id rather wait for something to be done correctly is what I thought. I proceeded to drive the vehicle after it was done to get my tire put on at discount tire in which they knew. While driving home I noticed a loud knocking sound in my vehicle im like what's that. Called discount since they were the last ones to work on it. They said we dont see anything loose I said okay. I called mavis after being between both places from 10a until almost 5p I told mavis ill come back the next morning to get this checked out. Went the next morning me and the manager rode together and both heard the noise he like it sounds like its coming from the front I dont know cars so im like yeah somewhere but its mainly the driver side. So he takes it back he like I checked everything I dont see anything loose but discount tire didnt rotate your tires like okay whatever went to get them rotated. Thought the sound would stop it didnt well after mavis said they checked everything and discount said they saw nothing I took it to the dealership. Among taking it to the dealership they tell me my rear brake line on the driver side was leaking brake fluid and my brake caliper nut was missing causing it to move back and forth which couldve put me in danger and caused my truck more issues. I called mavis told them yall messed up and you didnt do a good check on the issue. After getting my bill at my dealership I called and told them im not paying them $235 for having to check something that was yall fault and you didnt do a good look. Still had to pay now my dad gotta wait on a reimbursement. Not like I could drive the truck back to mavis so had to call a tow truck about $300. Talking about a reimbursement i know we better get it because this not our fault. And why would u tell me we didn't know you was taking it to the dealership but be real with yourself yall said it was nothing whole time it was YALL mistake then how the MANAGER look at it and didnt see nothing your the manager I expect more out of you. I have work school I cant miss loosing money adding extra stress on my life inconveniencing others because I have places to be i have a medical condition as well now my body is taking a toll on me all of this is just unacceptable I told my bestfriend to come here but never mind I dont want my bestfriend to go through this or anything also they told me they couldnt even tow the damn truck cause it was locked up at the dealership like what no lie im soooooo pisssed off. I just won't be coming back here. I see good reviews good for yall but for me and a few others its just a lost customer. I cant I dont even want to see these people when I get my truck literally. I have nothing nice to say.

  Excellent service! Edgar and Deandre were both incredibly helpful, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my car was repaired quickly and correctly. Their customer service was outstanding, and the prices were fair. I truly appreciate their hard work and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy mechanics. Thank you, Edgar and Deandre, for taking such great care of my car!

  Drove into the store on a Sunday afternoon because a nail had just ripped my tire. I couldn’t drive the car any further. It was a special tire they didn’t stock in the store but Nae was so patient and kind enough to find it for us at another Mavis store. Then they waited until a courier delivered the tire at which time Edgar fixed it for me. Talk about going the extra mile…even on a Sunday. For those of you that live around here, I highly recommend this store to you. They are amazing.

  I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tire on Luxomni Rd in Lilburn! I went in to purchase 4 new tires for my Toyota Tundra, and from start to finish the team was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to my needs. Kevin and Max went above and beyond to help me find the best tires for my truck at the best possible price. They were honest, upfront, and truly a pleasure to work with. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers. A special thank you to Deondre, the technician, who went the extra mile by repairing my old tire with a tire repair kit at no charge. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Hands down, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop. I highly recommend Mavis Tire to anyone in need of tires or tire service. Thank you again, Mavis Tire! PS.
