    Had a 2020 Hyundai Palisade A/C issue. Dealership quoted $4400, he quoted $2500. Found out after he started the repair, that the repair hours quoted from Hyundai’s book, 12 hours, (which he based his estimate on) was wrong, instead of 12, it was 21 hours. I asked him what my new price was, he said $2500, he would have to eat the other cost. That is honor and integrity!!! Having been a contractor for 40 years, I have encountered unforeseen variables, and he was working off of wrongly printed or stated data; I asked him what he would have charged, and he told me $3600. I told him I would meet him halfway, and he told me $3000… NOT his fault, but the point is his integrity and character. We will be using him exclusively from this point on. When we first met Chris, he was not only very friendly, but just struck you as an honest and trustworthy person.

    CHRIS IS MY HERO. He squeezed me in for a very reasonably priced Pre-Purchase Inspection and saved me from making a terrible mistake. Showed me the car was recently repainted and clearly had been flooded, all rusted out underneath, despite the Carfax not mentioning it. I am SO thankful to him for his kindness and expertise!!

    Well today's the last day I'll be taking any vehicles to this location. Was charged $158 today to put zip ties around the cables to the spark plugs. Was not notified of how much it was going to be and supposedly 150 of that was just for the diagnostic. I was never called because service was out and I wasn't able to be notified of what was wrong with the vehicle and how much he was going to charge. I thought this was a reputable place with honest people but now I'm second-guessing everything. I feel like we got taking for a ride. Not to mention the car was dropped off Wednesday of last week and I was just able to pick it up today after I called them to find out an update on the vehicle.
