  Thee worst place to go! Please book somewhere else I’m telling you! They are totally unorganized, they ask you to sign in when you get there even tho you have a reservation. Then you sign in but they still jump people ahead of you in line. I’m here for over 90 minutes waiting for my rental pickup. We are in 2026 now and an online reservation lines up with inventory! So save that excuse, Also this is a holiday weekend and you as a multi million dollar company should be well prepared with extra staff and cars on hand. Epic fail, line out the door in 90+ degrees weather.

  Hello, I would like to express my disappointment with my recent rental experience. First, the vehicle I received was not the one I had reserved. After waiting 10 days, I was told the reason was that I had booked through a third-party website. I do not believe this is a valid explanation, as I have rented through third-party booking platforms many times before without ever experiencing this issue. Additionally, I did not receive the vehicle until approximately three hours after my scheduled pickup time, which caused a significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, the vehicle I was given was extremely dirty, both inside and out. The condition of the car was unacceptable. I had no choice but to take it to a car wash and pay out of my own pocket to have both the interior and exterior cleaned. I would never allow my child to ride in a vehicle that was in such an unsanitary condition. Unfortunately, because this happened at the last minute, I had no practical alternative but to accept the dirty vehicle. I hope you will review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience, delay, and additional expense I incurred.

  This is my favorite enterprise to rent from. Elston has always been super helpful, and the whole team always acts with respect and care. I can not say enough at how great this location is.
