  My wife who is SVP of a major back rented a car after a vehicle fire. After dropping it off hours before it was due where we picked it up from we went back across ga only to find they continued to charge us for the rental. In the 4 days we had the car that location moved didn't tell anyone didn't answer the phone or respond to corporate messages after multiple calls I had to rent a car drive back down there to fix it. A manager said she did so I drove back home only to be charged more than double what it was supposed to be so i rented another car abs drive back down today forva getv this partial refund. Enterprise has been removed from my wife's bank as a preferred company when executives travel. Its ridiculous to have incompetent management in the customsr service industry at this level RE: I have yet to get so much as a phone call. Corporate and the individual businesses are completely disconnected. Everyone has their hands tied unable to do anything for the customer. The fact I had to rent another car for two days and waste my time driving 2 hours to this location on back to back days only to pay full price for what should have been a standard car rental. What pisses me off most is they don't answer the phone when there's a problem and say they don't have my number but when they thought i kept the car they texted and called us no problem. The Marietta branch on canton hwy was so easy but my wife stop removed enterprise as a whole after Corporate couldn't so anything but send a message. Complete garbage

  This location has not been able to get my refund. Every time I try to speak with Stewart the manager I am not able to speak with him. I spoke with Mia a manager and still waiting for her to call back. Terrible customer service.

  They are a small location and very busy so better to not be in a rush... but they are very kind, calm and considerate. I really like this location and the people who work here

  Hello, I would like to express my disappointment with my recent rental experience. First, the vehicle I received was not the one I had reserved. After waiting 10 days, I was told the reason was that I had booked through a third-party website. I do not believe this is a valid explanation, as I have rented through third-party booking platforms many times before without ever experiencing this issue. Additionally, I did not receive the vehicle until approximately three hours after my scheduled pickup time, which caused a significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, the vehicle I was given was extremely dirty, both inside and out. The condition of the car was unacceptable. I had no choice but to take it to a car wash and pay out of my own pocket to have both the interior and exterior cleaned. I would never allow my child to ride in a vehicle that was in such an unsanitary condition. Unfortunately, because this happened at the last minute, I had no practical alternative but to accept the dirty vehicle. I hope you will review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience, delay, and additional expense I incurred.
