Had a bad battery. Purchased 2025 Duralast gold battery. Lady clerk said I didnt have warranty. (3 years guarantee) tried to sell me another. NO! Went up the street to the next shop they swapped it out no problem. Don't trust the clerks.

Thank you Clinton and DC for great assistance and help with getting my family back on the road. The AC compressor pulley went on my truck while traveling across country. I limped it to the store off the highway after I realized how late they were open. Had enough tools in my kit to replace it. Part in stock. This was awesome . Even had Freon in stock. Made for a continued cool ride. You guys Rock.

Im Currently calling for my second time, first time the lady put me on hold for 15 minutes so I called back and the same thing happened.as soon as they picked up and I quote "hello this is autozone give me a second im going to put you on hold" and thats all the help I get from them. Still waiting. Management needs to talk to there employees in this location. This hasn't happened to me at another autozone.

Very disappointing experience. I brought in my old brake caliper as a core to purchase a new one. The box had the correct part number, but the caliper inside was the wrong part and didn’t fit my car. This was clearly a store packaging or inventory mistake, not mine. When I returned to exchange it, they told me they couldn’t give me my old caliper back because it had already been processed. That means I now have to buy another caliper without the core discount, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. To make things worse, an employee told me, “These mistakes happen. None of us are professionals.” That’s not an acceptable response when a customer is being forced to pay for the store’s error. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is about taking responsibility and making things right. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. I expected much better from AutoZone.
