  RAPHEL THE STORE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE RUDE . I called with customer service on the line to help clear an computer error and he was extremely rude . Poor manners and continuously interrupting when speaking to intentionally be rude .

  I had an issue with my battery and I was in tears when I arrived because I had to pick up my children from school and the manager Gregory helped me out and changed my battery within 15 minutes. I’m so thankful!!

  Gregg replaced my car battery, and put a new one in. I shouldn't have anymore problems. I hate it when I miss work. Thanks again Gregg @ Auto Zone

  Always have great experiences here. They have the most product and stay open the latest. Today April 11th at 8:45pm I called and got put on hold once without anyone saying anything and then I got disconnected. Then I called back and got put on hold again until I got disconnected. So I called again until I finally got someone. “Hey I got disconnected twice, is there anyone there I can talk to” no acknowledgment just “ how can I help” “sure” I asked if they have a tool and how tool rentals work since I’ve never done it before. I’m just getting attitude for no reason from the guy on the other side. How else am I supposed to purchase or rent something if I don’t know how the process works. Asking for a torque wrench I wanted to know if they had one that went precise enough since I’m working on a transmission and the website didn’t have to specifications and he just answered me like I was bothering him. I even clarified that I was just making sure so I don’t do damage on my car and just silence. So I said okay I’ll just check when I get there and goodbye Great store for product but the customer service could do with some work. The Buford location also stays open late and has just about everything you need
