Its very inconvenient to have car trouble on a Tuesday afternoon. Thank goodness for the staff at this particular Autozone and in particular a young man name Charles G. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The store was very busy and he made a great deal of effort to smoothly assist me along with other customers with exactly the parts we needed to get back on the road. I am not from this area and was on a tight appointment schedule for work but he never made me feel like ignored even though he was simultaneously helping his co-workers with their customers transactions as well as my own. He even came out and replaced my battery! I can't say enough how pleased I was with his service and attention to detail. I hope this young man knows how good of a job he's doing! Truly turned my bad day into a better one with his kindness, professionalism, and humor. Thank you so much!

RAPHEL THE STORE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE RUDE . I called with customer service on the line to help clear an computer error and he was extremely rude . Poor manners and continuously interrupting when speaking to intentionally be rude .

I had an issue with my battery and I was in tears when I arrived because I had to pick up my children from school and the manager Gregory helped me out and changed my battery within 15 minutes. I’m so thankful!!
