  Great customer service from the time I walked into the place to when I picked up my vehicle. They have great communication in calling letting my know about my car. Shout-out to Ms A and melvin for their professionalism.

  I had a 10:00 appointment, got there for the appointment. They said we will not be able to do a 10:00 appointment, because of being shorthand and running behind. Why make an appointment??? I said I called last week got a quote (I asked for total out the door price) and appointment. They checked the quote with my quote and it did not match (because they didn’t add tax and fees?) why ask for the total out the door price if that can’t do that? The location on Google Maps is not correct. You key in Mavis on maps it gives you a location North of Leesburg?? 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ The phone # on google is not to the store, it’s to a call center??? That sets the quote and the appointment!!! I like to talk to people that are actually at the location, that knows what is going on??? So I took my business elsewhere!!! 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️😡 Lesson Learned, not dealing with Mavis again. I’m sure I’m not the only disgruntled or dissatisfied customer.
