  I went for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday. They opened right at my appointment time 8:00am and pulled my car back immediately! Ms. Vaughn was very direct with me about my service and ensured I knew what the prices were and what needed to be done on my vehicle. During the process of getting my tires rotated they noticed I needed new brake pads and a battery and informed me immediately. She added it to my invoice so that I could ensure I remembered I needed those services done. There was no pressure to get it done today from them like it feels at other oil change places. The service was quick, the waiting area was clean and neat. The gentle men arranged tire displays and balloons outside before they opened. Vaughn was very polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable about the services/policies of Mervis tires! Thank you!

  Ms. Adrian went out of her way to assist. Especially when 1 tire turned into 3. The tech explained things in plain language. Will absolutely return.

  There are still some good Guys in the world!! A special thank you to Melvin today at the Leesburg GA, location. I got off work today and had a flat tire by the grace of god I made it to Mavis. I got there at exactly 5:59pm. Mind you they close at 6:00pm on Wednesday. I walked up to the door after looking around and seen someone in the shop. Melvin came out and said we are closed. I said can you please help I can’t make it anywhere else. He politely said come on I’ll see what I can do. Long story short he went above and beyond to help me when he didn’t have to. He could have easily turned me away. I thank you so much for being my angel today!!!! I pray god answers all your prayers!!! Keep being Kind!!!
