  Went today to get my oil change, and not only was it finished in 20 minutes, but Jon, Dylan and Andy were extremely informative without trying to upsale. Learned a lot about my own car, including how to get to the inside air filter. Will always get my oil changes here, Jon especially was great

  I needed a battery and oil change. Everyone was very nice and thorough at this location. I've had a great experience each time. I believe the guys working were John, Andy, and Emanuel or Manny.I was out within 25 minutes.

  This was my first time getting my oil changed at a Valvoline Service Center - but my second trip to one. The first one I went to was in Braselton... and after waiting more than a half hour in line - and getting moved from one lane to another twice - I was eventually told that they couldn't use the Restore and Protect oil because they didn't have the product codes in the computer to sell it. The manager couldn't do a miscellaneous sale, either. In all my years of retail - we found a way to make the sale and fix the inventory later... but that wasn't going to happen here. I ended up calling the Lawrenceville location and the service advisor told me I could bring my own Restore and Protect - and they can install it. Terrific - so I headed over in a couple of days to get it done. The line to get in was long... four cars in each line waiting. When I was on deck I asked if they would be able to handle a tire rotation - and the service advisor said there were too many cars waiting... so I couldn't get that done. At that point - I had to deduct a star. I understand why they didn't want to do it on a busy Sunday... but they could have offered to do it at no charge during the week when it wasn't busy. Additionally since my vehicle is an all wheel drive truck which requires lubrication - I was expecting them to get the wheels off the ground anyway as that's how you get the driveshafts to turn so that you access the grease zerk fittings to give it the grease. In any event the oil change went smooth and I had them install a new set of wipers. That part went as expected... and the inspection of all the running lights is welcome and appreciated. Although I declined the air filter this time around - I'll have them install one on a future trip. All in all it was a good experience - assuming my drivetrain got lubed. UPDATE: Well my handyman came over today and I asked him to check and see if my vehicle did get lubed as promised. It did not. Not a drop of grease to be found anywhere. He also checked the windshield washer fluid - and it was essentially empty. So for a pair of wiper blades installed and an oil and filter change using my oil and my filter - I paid over $100... and I still have to go somewhere to get my tires rotated and get my driveline lubricated - and I'll have to pick up some washer fluid and fill it myself. Yeah I had to take another two stars away for that performance. I guess I'll just have to continue to let my mechanic do the service... because this isn't saving me any time or money.

  The team here is AMAZING! They showed me exactly what my car needed and definitely charged me less than the dealership. I appreciate the patience the manager Nathan had with me and my toddler, because of this I will be returning for all my car needs. Thank you so much for being so kind!

  Came to update because I did the review while still inside and BEFORE finished. This portion leaving names out. When they were done, I was told im done I can start car. I turned it on and the whole car shook, even my husband and 5yr old was like what's that. The guy even looked at me confused, I told the guy somthing is wrong. He said we didnt touch anything we only did the oil change. I said ok maybe somthing was bumped on acedent. He had me pop the hood. He looked for a few seconds and said it all looks normal. I said we'll it stopped. So I drove to the stop sign then turned left and the shaking again. Then on the ramp to the highway I had to stop because of how bad it was shaking and it gave out while I was trying to pull over. The guy behind us, my husband and I open the hood and the pipe from the MAF was off!! Like we all 3 saw it right away. The guy was a mechanic (his truck, clothes said so to) and he said that theirs no was anyone could not of seen that, the part was way to loose. He fixed it and we were on our way. Then today, I have a low tire idk which one so I start checking each one and... ALL OF THEM WERE 40! the back should of been 33, fronts 35! I told the guy that before hand and he opened my door to look just incase, I herd him say the numbers to. And ALL 40! its been a week and I drive on highway 6days a week! I get acedents happen but really?! Acting like you dont see the car shaking AND all tires at 40 (not 33, 35)! Pictures is from when he had already pushed it back on!
