  A well oiled machine, literally. Great work by Alan, Monte and Nathan. Their communication between each other and then to me the customer was impeccable. They were efficient with their time and were able to explain everything that I needed to know about the oil change service. Thank you!!

  Technician stripped the threading on my oil pan back in December, did not tell me about it, and now I have a $460 repair to my car that needs to be done because of this. I have submitted a damage claim with corporate and am awaiting further communication. Do not get your oil changed here unless you want your vehicle to come out with expensive damage!

  Hate to give a 1 star review but I think this one is definitely worth it. I brought my car in to do an oil change and it turns out they overfilled my oil, not just by a little bit, no. They put twice the amount of oil in my car that it’s supposed to have in it. My car also started struggling to start, and just yesterday it wouldn’t even start at all. I checked the dipstick and the oil level was higher than i’ve ever seen it EVER, and i genuinely cannot believe that they let me leave the lot with how high the levels showed on my dipstick. The photo i attached will pretty much tell you everything. I brought it to the mechanic and they said that the reason for it not starting is the fact that the oil levels were double what they should be. As someone who cannot work on my car on my own and who has spent thousands on my vehicle just like everyone else, it’s important to me that work is done correctly so that I do not have to spend even more money and time to fix issues that were caused by people who should be knowledgeable on cars. I’m sure this facility has done thousands of oil changes so i expected it to be done correctly and i trusted the employees with my car, and im very disappointed and frustrated that I now have to spend even more money to get an issue fixed that this facility caused. I would recommend that everyone skips this place and just go to your trusted mechanic for an oil change. It may be a bit more expensive but in the end it will end up saving you money on fixing the problems that this place causes. The photo I attached will show you everything you need to know.
