Well it was a couple weeks ago but I need to let this be seen. We had our battery put on and so we was traveling home back to Tennessee and we got on the interstate doing the speed limit and the hood almost popped up. Thanks for the safety lack. Now we also had the oil change and radiator flushed out. Well we sitting here in a Firestone cause we noticed fluid leaking. That the tech either put to much fluid in it or something. So I won't be to that location again.

They were quick and very professional.. checked my battery and everything was shown to me and they educated me on why I should get certain things Replaced.. They filled my tires up. I didn’t have to ask for that. I will definitely be back For any maintenance on my Vehicle.

My experience at Valvoline is always a 10/10! Every time I come in for an oil change, the service is consistently great. The team is professional, friendly, and efficient, and they make the entire process smooth and stress free. I appreciate the excellent customer service and the way they take care of my vehicle every visit. It’s always a great experience, and I’ll definitely continue coming back. Highly recommend!

Was in and out under 20 minutes. Obviously they will try and upsell you on certain things (it’s business at the end of day), but as long as you know what you’re looking for and what your car needs you should be all good. Everything that you can DIY easily they recommend: Cabin+engine air filters and fuel injector cleaners (buy from auto shop or online) Transmission fluids, oil changes, aka anything that needs to be potentially flushed out, get it done here for a competitive price with quick service.

Well we started to give this location five stars u til we went down the road a mile and hear a loud squealing and no power. Turned around and went back to the shop and the assistant manager Grayson helped us get it corrected. Emmanuel had pulled out our air filter and replaced it upside down. Grayson was a very helpful guy. The downside is this 30 extra minutes made us late for a special service we were attending and when the air filter was placed back on we see that the folds in the filter have many bent areas. We felt this was a careless error and lake of double checking before letting us go. Oil changes $150 these days and this was a bit unacceptable and not compensating us at all for our disruption
