  Issys was very personable and polite. She made my visit to the Lawrenceville Location very pleasant. Great environment. I will vist this location again.

  Disappointed b/c they don't offer cloths/paper towels/sprays unless you pay $5. They don't have additional vacuum heads that a really small/thin for hard to reach spots.

  I was told by that I cannot receive my refund of a current month (May) charges since it was paused on the app back on February 28th… Basically she’s saying I’m being charged for a service for the month of May that I haven’t used since Feb 28th nor do I plan on using which I contacted them on May 2nd the moment I was charged and because it was charged at the beginning of May they won’t refund my funds even though I haven’t gotten a car wash since it was paused through the app.

  First time trying to wash my car at Tommy’s Express. I was excited to wash my car. Guess what happened. My windshield was broken and no courtesy was given. I couldn’t get a refund nothing but a detail kit (she called it). The vacuum don’t work. It was a waste of time. Please don’t waste your time here. It looks nice here but looks are deceiving. Update: My windshield still broke because no autozone or advance has the arm. It’s unconventional and inconvenient for me to go searching for a part that was perfectly fine be fore I got a car wash. What’s crazy is there wasn’t any sympathy given to me from the employees there.

  Had an amazing experience while I don’t know everyone’s name every single person that helped me, while I interacting with three of them today, were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that I had ample amount of resources and that everything was OK with my experience here. As soon as I pulled up to the window, the guy automatically upsold me with a free trial of the wash and I ended up going with a higher wash instead of the lower one and he was very nice and welcoming about it all and made the process very simple. I was able to get my car cleaned on the outside (which looks phenomenal) and even spent a little time which I don’t normally do cleaning it on the inside. Today was an amazing sunny smooth day and a fantastic experience here. I will definitely be recommending anyone who’s looking for a car wash to come here as this is the car wash I feel like is the best one in the town. Also the vacuums are free. I don’t know if everyone knows that, but up north they are not. Enjoy!!!
