- DCDes Cherry2 days ago1.0DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO END UP LOOKING LIKE THIS. On Friday August 28th this is what happened to my rear bumper while I took my car through this car wash. The staff on shift saw what happened while i was going through the car wash and didn’t even come to check on me while i pulled over near the vaccume. Once i saw what happened i was the one who had to get them out the office to take a look and ask for further information on how to resolve this matter. One of the men came out with an iPad and took down my info while telling me management would get back to me within 24-48 hours. It is now Tuesday and nobody has called me, want to know what happened? …i had to call them, MULTIPLE TIMES. When i called them the “manager” said they are denying my request to fix my bumper THEY BROKE. After adding my car had prior damage to it and saying the staff who worked on Friday confirmed i had prior damage. If i had prior damages why would they even lead with saying someone would fix my car????? I can assure you… my back bumper had NO damages until i went through that car wash. This is ridiculous.
