  This place is crazy. Last four times I had to stop back up and go inside because they can't seem to read my cars license plate. Its only four different characters...and the two people inside don't come out to see what the issue is. They just stand at the counter baffled by such a difficult issue. Left message for site manager to reach out to issue refund. No point in going if I cant have the same experience everyone else seem to be getting. Three cars on my app, I guess that not enough to receive quality customer service...We'll see what corporate has to say... update to follow we that sucked too... no one at corporate to answer the phone. Had to leave a message..

  I had a wonderful experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash on Sugarloaf, and I especially want to recognize Christian for his outstanding customer service! Christian was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood the process. What really stood out to me was that, because it was such a hot day, he even asked if I needed a bottle of water. That small gesture showed genuine care and kindness. It’s not every day that you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make sure a customer feels welcomed and taken care of. Christian is definitely an asset to Tommy’s Express Car Wash. Thank you, Christian, for making my experience such a great one! Excellent customer service! I truly appreciate you!

  The level of service at this place is consistently superb. The staff is friendly and social. I love coming thru here.
