  Straight forward, honest and professional. Pricing was fair and competitive and the work was done in exactly the amount of time they said. Maurice did a great job with the install and tint while Amaris went above and beyond with her sales and customer service skills. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will very likely return myself.

  I got my Tesla tinted a couple of days ago and was unpleasantly surprised that the tint in the back didn’t go all the way up to the seam as I was told it would. I had even called to double check and was told it would go all the way to the seam. When I noticed it, still in the parking lot I went back in to tell them and the only comment was given by the staff was that you couldn’t see it from the outside. So now I spent $500 on the premium level tint that now looks like an eye sore from the inside.

  I came for an install , an appointment at 9am . I asked , How long will this take ? “1-3 hours “. Perfect , I will come back . I get back a little after 2 hours , figured I’d just wait the rest. My vehicle is still parked in the exact location where I left it . Walked inside , asked the lady , just checking on my status . “ Oh, they’re working on it” . I then said , really ? Because it’s still parked in the same spot . A Gentleman then speaks up .”Oh , we normally ask to just drop it off” . Well I was never told this at all . I then leave , ( after already driving around and wasting over 2 hours ) drive 35 minutes home . Get an alert , about an hour and half later . It’s complete . I’ve already paid someone for their time and Gas to do all of this . I arrive , we’re done , just finishing up someone and we will pull it around . I then wait 25 minutes for this, just to finish a car that’s parked behind mine . While waiting , a gentleman asked about his vehicle because he saw it parked outside , figured it was done . The same lady said “Oh, it’s brought outside for the temperature change “ The guy sits down , a guy comes from the back , saw that guy . Said oh your vehicle is done quickly , ( saying , it in a way , that it’s been done ) Clearly , the lady upfront is not being truthful with expectations and to the customers . Very dismissive . Could have easily said . Please let me check on this for you, or something . Almost just says anything you want to hear to just leave her alone . This was my first experience in just one day . I would imagine it happens all the time .People plan accordingly around a scheduled time . Please respect it.

  Huge shoutout to Jason and the crew! I showed up for my appointment and was immediately looked after. Jason really made sure he understood my needs before walking me through the different tint types and their uses. The communication was excellent and the service was seamless. If you're looking for pros who know their stuff, this is the place.
