  I visited many times some of the staff are friendly but some are very rude. My first oil change was $85 hen they forgot to put engine cap. I reported them and they give me next oil change for free. But now they charge me $101 just for oil change. I don’t recommend this place for any service. They will give you lots of problems on your good cars as well.

  Customer service here was great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. However, I do have concerns about the service performed on my vehicle. I brought my fairly new car in for a routine oil change when it had only 20,000 miles on it. Shortly after the service, I noticed the "Need Oil" indication light came on. Since I had just received an oil change, I assumed the technician may have simply forgotten to reset the sensor and didn't think much of it. I continued to drive the car thinking everything was fine, because I has just gotten new oil and tires. About six weeks later, my car started making a loud knocking noise under the hood along with noticeable vibrations inside the vehicle. The "need oil" indication light that I had been ignoring, was still on as well. I took it back and explained my concerns, including the possibility that something may have been overlooked during the oil change ( like the cap not being placed back on). After about 5-10 minutes of looking at the vehicle, I was told everything was fine. Unfortunately, my vehicle now has only 24,000 miles and requires major repairs. I cannot say with certainty what caused the issue, but the timing has left me with serious questions about whether the oil change service was completed properly. This experience taught me an important lesson: even when paying for routine maintenance, it's important to verify that the work was completed correctly and to immediately investigate any warning lights or unusual signs rather than assuming everything is okay. While I appreciate the customer service I received, I wish there had been a more thorough inspection when I returned with concerns.
