I had to get an alignment done and went to this Mavis store. They said they adjusted the car toe, however, they couldn't get the camber or caster adjusted. They said i had to go to a specialized shop to get this done. After that, they still charged me for the full alignment price. At that time, I didn't know much about caster or camber and thought everything was ok. After 3 days, my car alignment got worse to a point where I couldn't drive. Why would they charge me the full price if they only fixed the toe and didn't fix the main problem?
Update: I went back to the store to get the alignment fixed again. This time, according to their explanation, there shouldn't be a problem with the alignment. Next day, my car alignment starts to fail again... Looks like nothing is fixed.

I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes, and I especially want to recognize Robert for his outstanding customer service!
I came in needing two brand-new tires, and Robert took the time to inspect my vehicle and inform me that I also needed new brake pads. What really stood out to me was his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to explain everything to me. He provided information about the services they offer that I honestly didn’t even know about.
Robert made me feel informed, comfortable, and confident that my vehicle was being taken care of properly. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their work and cares about the customer experience, and Robert definitely gave me that impression.

Robert makes coming to Mavis such a joy. He is always personable and explains every detail clearly, so I never feel blindsided. This was my second time visiting this location, and I will not be going anywhere else for my automotive needs.
I recently had new tires installed, an oil change, and some routine maintenance work done on my Murano. I am extremely pleased with how well my car drives and feels.
