Don’t go to this location! I had a very disappointing and a really unprofessional experience at this Mavis store.
I first visited last Sunday for a last-minute oil change and tire rotation and I had to wait at least one hour and a half for a simple service. A few hours after the service, my tire pressure warning light came on, even though it had never been on before. I went back on Monday, and although they added air to the tires, they simply told me there was nothing else they could do and sent me away with the warning light still on.
Since I wasn’t getting any help from the store, I called Mavis Customer Service on Tuesday. The Regional Manager called me back, was very professional, listened to my concerns, apologized for the inconvenience, and asked me to return so they could take another look at my vehicle.
I returned yesterday, even though I live quite far from this location and had to spend a significant amount of time driving back and forth. I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the store manager’s attitude was unacceptable. He didn’t greet me, didn’t apologize, and didn’t make any effort to provide good customer service. He simply took my keys without saying a word and handed them back the same way. I felt completely dismissed.
As a customer, I expect not only quality work but also basic courtesy, communication, and respect for my time. Because I live far away, I had to make multiple long trips just to get an issue addressed that started immediately after my service visit. The Regional Manager was the only person who treated me professionally and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, the experience at this store was the complete opposite.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

I was in this location this afternoon and this really mean lady came in and was giving the manager down the road for something with. Her tires but it sounded like she hadn't taken care of her vehicle and he was just tryin to help. But she hardly spoke English and he tried to explain things to her. That's why income here cause the people that work here are great. I would've probably beat her back out of my store if it would've been me.
