Came in on 5/28 for two new tires. I recently saw my sensor go off on my dash for my driver side tire, so I came in on 6/25 to get it checked out. Upon arriving, Anthony the service mechanic got right on my tire and found out it was a nail in the new tire. He fixed it without delay and got me out on my way. I came to Mavis on Riverside Pkwy Lawrenceville 20 mins before closing my tire pressure light came on, needless to say I had picked up a nail I was losing air Jalen and Anthony jumped right on it without hesitation. My wife and I got a flat tire on our way to Atlanta. Since we purchased our tires from Mavis, we sought out the nearest dealer for help. They didn't disappoint. We had to buy a new tire to replace our flat since it couldn't be repaired. They gave us a fair price on the new tire and had us in and out within an hour as a walk-in. Great service Mavis!

Honestly I wish they had a zero star option… but 1 is the minimum and they did at least comp the flat repair.. but I did offer to pay several times!!
Rant time..
So Thursday morning 5/28/26 mid morning, shortly after 10 am, I stopped into the Lawrenceville location on riverside parkway. I asked the gentleman at the desk if they could do a valve stem replacement and how long the wait would be. They could start on it right away, great news!! From the start I told them this was an older vehicle that is highly customized and that they would need to be careful with it. After pulling into the bay and removing the center cap I walked out of the bay only to see one of the techs jacking the truck up by the pinch mold… which of course on a 40 year old Japanese vehicle is paper thin… they then proceed to crush and fold my pinch and dent in the rocker panel. My apologies for yelling but I let the tech know that he messed up and I asked why didn’t you jack it up from the frame??? His response was it was already messed up before I started…. We just wrapped this vehicle last month… and spent a month before hand doing body work… on top of owning this truck for over 27 years I’m pretty aware of every single dent in this truck!!! In a semi bright spot the manager did not charge me for flat repair… please note I offered to pay for service multiple times!!! However I now have a crushed pinch and rocker due to either negligence or poor training… I will be getting an estimate for damage repair and wrap repair(hopefully it doesn’t require a complete new wrap) and will return to location to see what store manger has to say… however it would be nice to be contacted so I don’t have to do all the chasing when I’m not the one that messed up… please share this post and let’s hope for a non stressful resolution to this issue.
