I have taken my vehicle to Mavis Tires & Brakes a few times over the years, including for something as simple as having the air in my tires checked. With each visit, they've done what was needed and didn't try to upsell too hard or take me on a proverbial "ride." They will make recommendations but will not push you; most importantly, they do the job well. I like that approach. It makes good business sense, because I as a customer am more likely to trust them to make repairs or upgrades when (or before) it becomes necessary.

I’ve been a Mavis customer for some time now, and while the staff has always provided adequate customer service, Adrian is the exception. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. His customer service is exceptional every time, and he consistently makes me feel respected, valued, and confident that I’m receiving trustworthy service.
Because of the level of customer service and respect I receive from Adrian, I’ll be making the Riverside Pkwy location my new go-to location and will gladly travel to this location for my future automotive needs. Good customer service is hard to find, and Adrian is the kind of employee who earns customer loyalty and keeps customers coming back.

I called trying to see if they would replace an O2 sensor for me and the person hung up on me.
This is after I had been to two different locations because one told me they straight up dont do that service and then the other location said they dont have a tech so I should go to this location. I went to this location and then I was told the tech wouldnt be in until Monday so I asked if they could call the other location to see if they would have a tech.
On the phone the other location said that they DO replace O2 sensors (despite telling me they didnt) and that I could come in the next morning right when they open. So I drive up first thing in the morning and was told that they dont do that service at any Mavis Tires.
So then I call back to this location confused because they sent me here. They then told me they DO provide that service and I was told wrong.
So I asked if I could come back Monday to get it done and then I was told the tech wouldnt be in until Tuesday. So of course at this point I was frustrated and asked why they weren't aware of the general schedule and thats when she hung up on me.
If you work there you should know the services you offer and your "only" techs schedule. Unacceptable.
