Mr. James provided outstanding customer service. I only needed air in three of my tires, but the free air pump’s pressure increase button wasn’t working. When I asked for help, he immediately stopped what he was doing and took care of it for me.
Not only did he put air in the tires, but he also made sure everything was good to go before I drove off. His willingness to help and attention to detail really stood out. Experiences like this is the reason I will come back to this location whenever I have tire issues. Thank you, Mr. James, for going above and beyond

“I had an excellent experience at Mavis! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Kevin, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and that we understood the work being done. He was honest, patient, and made us feel valued as customers.
