I had a great experience at Mavis Tire in Lawrenceville at The Shops at Webb Gin! Rick and Anthony were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through every detail, making sure I understood exactly what my vehicle needed. Winston did an excellent job with the repairs, and my car is running great. It’s hard to find a team that’s both honest and customer-focused, but this location definitely delivered. I just got all 4 tires replaced on my car today along with an alignment. Hamid and Anthony took very good care of me today. I dropped my car off in the morning and ran errands while they worked with my car. They both were respectful, had great hospitality and explained all the answers to my silly questions. After bringing my car here to get brakes and rotors done, the brakes were put on incorrectly, which caused my brakes to fail going down the highway. I’m currently going through the process of dealing with corporate because the manager Rick Owens is intolerable and unprofessional, and in his words as a “ brakes specialist”, which I’m not sure what qualifies him for that when he’s not the one who’s working on the vehicles regardless I went back to the store telling them the brakes did not feel right and one of them to take a look at it they stated the brakes were fine, and there was no issue with it. taking the car to another mechanic he found that they put the brake pads on backwards (The pad that should’ve been on the Pistons side was on the cradle side and vice vers) It took a simple check for them to take the pads off and look and see what was actually going off for them to find the actual issue when I went back to the store They wanted to charge me for a brand new caliper for something that they caused, and is actually negligence in a huge safety risk I will be pursuing them with corporate and other actions are being taken. of I would avoid this place at all costs!!!

Out of all the auto-repair shops I've been to, Mavis is unmatched. It's about time that my car felt like a priority instead of a chore! The manager of this shop, Rick, saved me money AND time, servicing my brakes and giving me an oil change, my car was out of the shop within 45 minutes. Aside from service, Anthony kindly took a few minutes of his time to explain what was wrong with my car, instead of charging me for services I wouldn't be sure that I need.

I have a 1994 Honda accord and needed an alignment so I stopped at Mavis on hwy 124 and I was lucky to get this young man Nate. This guy is so good which I know my alignment was bad on my car. It should’ve took him an hour and something to do because it was so bad. It only took him like 40min on my car which is the Standard time, but again my alignment was bad. Which I hear he is like topping the region in doing alignment and now I see why I will be coming back.i have in the pic how straight my tires is now
