I stopped by Mavis to have my rear tires checked because they were starting to wear down. Jes came out and inspected them with me, taking the time to explain exactly when tires are considered bald and need replacement. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process.

OMG I can't explain enough how this staff went wayyyyy beyond the normal expectations of service yesterday. I had a nail in my tire. Simple normal service you would think - just take it out, patch it, go on my way. Well because they found a small bend in my wheel, they were having trouble putting the tire back on. John the mechanic went out of his way to go to purchase out of his own pocket, a part to help him put it on. When that didn't work, the service manager Jes called another Mavis and asked could they bring it there to try. John took my tire in his personal car to that Mavis and they put the tire on! Isaiah and Chris also made an effort to help me. Jes talked to me the entire time I was there and it made my time there so comfortable. I will never go anywhere else for tire service.
