  This has definitely become my go-to spot for auto repairs. I was a first-timer at LAC and I was in need of repairs for my Explorer. The assessment resulted in pricey yet necessary repairs. So I buckled down and told them to proceed. It was convenient they're in the same square as an Enterprise rental because they needed to keep the vehicle for a few days. They completed repairs and delightfully at a cost $1K less than originally quoted. Customer service was stellar and they really made this experience more pleasant than expected. Plus they provide a 2 yr warrant on the service provided.

  I will not go anywhere else! 5 star customer service by Steven from start to finish. Honest, educated, hard working, dedicated, and did I say HONEST??? I think that’s what we’re ALL looking for. Thank you for taking such good care of my car and returning it to me like new!

  I had been a loyal customer of Lawrenceville Auto Center for several years, trusting them with four of my vehicles. Unfortunately, my experience in June 2025 completely changed that trust. I dropped off my vehicle after hours for what I believed was a simple warranty radiator repair. The next day, instead of being told the car was ready—as had always been the case—I was informed that the engine had been damaged prior to my arrival, which did not reflect the condition of my vehicle when I left it. To their credit, an apology was offered along with a proposal to split the cost of an NEW engine replacement only. I agreed and had the vehicle towed back to their shop for the repair. However, my car then sat in their parking lot for approximately two months with no visible effort to begin repairs, despite an agreed one-week turnaround. Frustrated with the lack of progress and poor communication, I had the vehicle towed to another repair shop, where the engine was replaced in just four days. When I followed up with Lawrenceville Auto Center regarding their original offer to help cover the repair, they instead offered only a tow reimbursement and a car wash. This did not reflect our prior agreement or the situation. This experience was disappointing given my long history with them. I hope they take steps to improve communication, accountability, and follow-through for future customers.

  I came in because I had an issue with my license plate. Long story short, one of the screws had been completely stripped and over-tightened (like someone went at it with a power tool), and the other screw was the only thing holding my plate on. It was literally dangling, and I knew it was only a matter of time before I got pulled over. I called ahead, and the woman who answered the phone was warm and helpful right away. When I got there, I was greeted immediately, which sadly isn’t as common as it should be these days. They were upfront about what they’d need to do, honest about timing, and didn’t rush to throw out a random price just to get started. I was fully expecting to be there for a while and possibly spend close to $100 or more… …but they had it fixed in about 10 minutes at a fair price. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even though I wasn’t in the market for a mechanic, they’ve definitely earned my business moving forward. That kind of service sticks with you.
