  Called at 5:00. Needed help with a bug deflector on my truck. I just went by to have them look at it. Aaron came right out and fixed it immediately. I wasn't expecting that and even forgot my wallet. Customer service is something that is severely lacking with businesses today. Just because of the way that handled this small situation, I will be taking my business there for further work. Thanks.

  Cody and his team have extremely kind, communicative, and professional throughout the entire experience of needing some involved worked done on my vehicle. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They were able to diagnose and fix a mystery problem I’ve been dealing with for 2 years. I will absolutely be returning to this shop for any future needs!

  If you’re looking for a trustworthy, family-owned service center that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend **Lawrenceville Auto Center**. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. When you call during normal business hours, you’ll likely speak with Amber, who is knowledgeable, respectful, compassionate, and incredibly kind. She made what was already a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I had the pleasure of working with both Amber and Cody when my vehicle began experiencing issues last week. Cody took the time to listen to my concerns, including my financial worries, and thoroughly explained the diagnostic process before moving forward. I truly appreciated that they didn’t rush to conclusions or simply replace parts in an attempt to identify the problem. They took their time, properly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. What impressed me most was that they could have easily recommended thousands of dollars in repairs for an entirely new steering system, but instead, they took the time to identify another issue that was actually causing the problem. That level of honesty and integrity is difficult to find. Amber was also wonderful. She provided their courtesy shuttle and took me home, then returned to pick me up once my vehicle was ready. Cody was incredibly patient and gracious throughout the process, even with my multiple phone calls and frequent check-ins. He never made me feel like I was being a bother and always took the time to address my concerns. Lawrenceville Auto Center also accepts several forms of payment, which was extremely helpful and took some additional stress out of an already stressful situation. My vehicle is running very well, and I’m extremely happy with the service I received. It’s clear that this is a team that values honesty, quality workmanship, and their customers. I would absolutely use Lawrenceville Auto Center again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy auto repair shop!

  I will not take my cars to anyone else but these guys!! Very thoughtful and thorough with their work. They tell you exactly what is going on, why it’s happening and how to resolve the issue. The quality of their work is impeccable. I’ve never had to return my vehicles for a repair that was half done. I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs!

  I am a volunteer for a nonprofit organization. I am in a group with other volunteers that maintain a mobile RV this organization. We basically take care of any maintenance issues that come up. Except when the repairs are too involved, or outside our comfort level. Recently had an issue with the on-board generator. The unit would not start. They had done work for us before, so, I decided to call them to see where I should take it for service. Steve was pretty confident that they could diagnose and repair the generator, so we dropped the RV off that afternoon. They also offered to meet us halfway to pick-up the RV. This was way above my expectations, but convinced them that we could bring in. We met with Steve at the front desk and described the issue and gave him our contact info. This was on a Monday afternoon. I was then contacted the next day with the cause of the issue. The fuel pump on the generator was faulty. Steve stated that it might take a day or 2 to find the parts and possibly a couple days to make the repair. We were notified on Friday that is was ready. We were thrilled that they were able to diagnose and repair this issue so quickly! Especially because this was a generator and not a regular automotive issue. I just want to thank Steve and everyone involved with this repair and for going outside their normal scope of work to take care of their customers! It was greatly appreciated by all of us!
