  I always come here for my oil changes. I’ve been to this exact location numerous times. I had a full synthetic oil change done today. The service technician Jesse was very knowledgeable, helpful and had a positive professional demeanor. I also got my back windshield wiper replaced. ( it was well overdue) I don’t remember the other two young gentleman names but they were kind as well and provided me with helpful tips to maintain the maintenance on my vehicle. I didn’t feel forced as a woman to purchase more products and the overall experience was nice. Great technicians. Definitely recommend Grease Monkey.

  I went from a being a random customer to a regular! I always get my oil changes here. These young guys are real chill, down to earth and will always tell you what you really need. Never felt pressured into spending more than what was necessary to keep my car running smooth.

  Excellent service from Calvin and Antonio. I really appreciate everything they did at the time it took even though I was last Minute I noticed issues that I didn’t know I had and I was a baby to the danger they took care of me and made me feel safe and I appreciate their accountability I will be back

  A few months ago, I had a bad experience. BUT the new management took care of ALL my issues. Antonio, manager, and Ebony, GM, took care of me with no problem. I simply came in and explained my situation and not even 2 minutes into our conversation, I was getting taken care of. I will definitely be back to Grease Monkey, specifically to this location and I will look forward to seeing Antonio and Ebony again. Thanks so much for easing my mind and please keep up the phenomenal work!!!!! Customer service is amazing!

  They did a phenomenal job I had to bring my personal vehicle up here because of how good they treated me with my work truck I can’t speak for all greasy monkeys but the one off Herrington is phenomenal I hope they set the standard for the other franchises. Prefer them over the dealer any day
