Went in for an oil change and these guys didn’t disappoint ran us through all they were checking and tomorrow we’re coming back to get our brakes done. Very satisfied with their work and will suggest them to others for sure.

I VISITED THIS LOCATION THIS MORNING 7/30. SILVER MERCEDES! FIRST OF ALL I HAD A COUPON WHICH IT WASN'T HONORED. ONE MAN WAS TELLING ME WHAT OIL BLEND TO PUT IN MY CAR. I ALWAYS PUT SYNTHETIC OIL BLEND FOR YEARS NOW. NO PROBLEM FOR MY CAR. IF I WANTED FULL BLEND THEN I WOULD HAVE ASK FOR IT. AND ANOTHER MAN POPPED MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS SAYING I NEEDED NEW ONES AND I KNEW FIR A FACT IT WAS LESS THAN A YEAR AGO, HE SAYING MAN SHE DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT CHANGING THEM. SO SINCE I REFUSED TO PAY 150.00 DOLLARS FOR WHAT HE WANTED ME TO GET, THEY REFUSED MY OIL CHANGE. SO I WENT TO JIFFY LUBE FIRST OF ALL MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS ARE GOOD DON'T NEED TO BE REPLACED. SECOND I GOT SYNTHETIC OIL BLEND THEY SAID I CAN GET IT, THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TOLD ME THAT. A CUSTOMER CAN GET WHAT THE HELL THEY WANT TO GET FOR THEIR CAR. WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME WHAT TO PUT IN MY DAMN CAR. EVERY SINCE MY CAR HUT 100,000 I BEEN PUTTING OIL BLEND, ABS NOW IT'S 133,000 AND IT RUNS JUST FINE. SO GREASE MONEY JUST DO WHAT THE CUSTOMER ASK FOR, I'LL CONTINUE T0 KEEP GOING TO JIFFY LUBE WHERE THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. MELINDA HUTTON
