Antonio and William provided me great service. Everyone worked quick and efficient. They truly move as one to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I was also very impressed when they spoke fluent Spanish to the gentleman in the car next to me. I can tell customer service is top priority here.

Bad service,,, got there assistance came out asking what I need I said oil change he got a sheet with prices I said full synthetic for high mileage he said $114 no problem after another guy Asian came out he that I need something to treat the build up of the old oil asked how much he said said $25 do it ,,,thing is after job done went to pay the first guy said $190 and change I asked why you said $114 plus $25 is around $140 plus taxes he started to make excuses saying this and that and also he said that I was in my phone and didn’t put attention to the charges …never going back there.

Shout out to the grown men who are running the show NOW. They are absolutely amazing and helpful and actually care about my car and my safety on the road. I’m so happy the younger guys are gone from there, they were a joke and knew nothing about real customers service.

I had a fantastic experience at Grease Monkey on September 26th with Antonio. The service was prompt and efficient, and the communication was very appreciated. The prices were also reasonable. To be honest I only came in for an oil change but they ended up doing an inspection on my car. Which was very much needed since my brake fluids were very very bad. I was expecting a huge pay out at the end since I’m used to Gwinnett Honda charging 80 dollars for simple things as replacing an air filter. Like I said before, the prices were very reasonable. I left content. Would come back.

Antonio was SO amazing. Literally the best experience I’ve had getting anything done for my car. He was so nice and honest. He was so sweet and patient with letting me care for my son while getting my oil change and emissions done. I will definitely be back. Thanks Antonio, you’re really a great person!
