  I gave them 5 stars 3yrs ago for the customer service and the oil change but I am now recommending TO NOT GET ANY MECHANIC WORK DONE HERE! I paid $400 for brand new brakes that they did not put on correctly back in February. I had to take my vehicle back because they did not push my rotors back in the correct position and was told not to slam on my brakes. What if I’m in a situation where I have to? My brakes are squeaking when I release off of them from being at a red light and they shouldn’t make any noise if my brakes are brand new and especially because I only drive to work from home which is a 16 min drive. I am disappointed and will not be coming back

  I've used this location a few times now for oil changes. They are professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. They perform a standard safety check of all your lights, check both air filters (engine and cabin), and fill your washer fluid. Most importantly, they don't scare pressure you into purchasing anything beyond the oil change and make sure to add any recommendations to the service ticket they provide you at the end of the service. Great team there and will continue to use them in the future for both my automobiles.

  I was so impressed with staff at the facility. They were so welcoming and explained every crazy question that I had, and they assured me there were no crazy questions . Unbelievably nice and efficient! I will always go and tell all my friends too! There is absolutely no monkeying around at Grease Monkey! Thank you Connie Owens
