  Love this Grease Monkey location! The guys are always friendly, upbeat, and on top of everything. I’m embarrassed to admit I never remember how to open my hood 😂 but they’re always patient and never make me feel like an idiot. They’re quick but thorough, checking things like tire pressure, washer fluid, lights, and more while doing the oil change. Plus, I can get my emissions done at the same time, which is super convenient. Even if it’s a little out of my way, this is the location I always come back to. Great service every time! 🚗😊

  I stopped by here to get an emissions test. I pulled up to the emissions bay. There was a sign that said to remain in my car and they would be with me in a moment. After about 5 minutes a man appeared at the other side of the bay holding up a finger to tell me it would be a moment. So I waited. 15 minutes later he had not reappeared. So I left. Maybe they are busy. Maybe they are understaffed. It wouldn't have taken but a minute to come tell me what to expect. I don't think I'll be coming back

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Service from Leo & Kevin! We had a great experience at Grease Monkey in Lawrenceville/Suwanee. Leo and Kevin were both extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They took care of our inspection and clearly explained all of the available options without making us feel pressured. We also really appreciated them reminding us to check the Grease Monkey website for available coupons and savings. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Thank you, Leo and Kevin, for making the experience quick, easy, and pleasant. Definitely five-star service, and we’ll be back!

  I can’t say enough about the outstanding service I just received from Kevin and Leo. When my car started overheating unexpectedly, I stopped just to park and wait but they quickly offered to help. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening, check my coolant levels, and educate me on what I needed to do to address the issue, and made sure I was able to safely resume driving. Kevin and Leo went above and beyond, and their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help truly stood out. They are a great reflection of what exceptional customer service should look like. Thank you, Kevin and Leo, for taking such great care of me and my car. You both deserve to be recognized.

  Leo was absolutely exceptional! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire oil change. He took the time to assist me, explained everything clearly, and made the experience quick and hassle-free. Great customer service from start to finish. I definitely appreciate Leo’s professionalism and will be back because of the excellent service!
