  Really nice people! A piece of plastic underneath my car came loose, and they helped me fix it without charging me anything. I really appreciate their kindness. Great service, definitely recommend checking them out!

  They were great they were tremendous very professional. The cost was competitively and they were timely managed, and everything that did for us. Dennis was phenomenal and we appreciated the customer service.

  I used to consider Eurofed Automotive a reputable shop, and in the past the technicians and management were always pleasant and seemed to charge fairly. Unfortunately, my most recent experience completely changed my opinion. I was quoted approximately $870 to replace four spark plugs and a PCV valve, with about $480 of that being labor. Considering both services involve work in the same general area of the engine, I felt the labor charge was excessive. When the service was completed, I calmly asked two questions: whether the six engine codes had been cleared and whether a throttle body alignment had been performed. The manager confirmed that the codes were cleared, but when I asked about the throttle body alignment, he raised his voice and told me that a throttle body alignment “doesn’t exist” and questioned who had told me that. I simply asked for clarification because I wanted to understand what work had actually been performed on my vehicle. Rather than continue what had become an uncomfortable and confrontational interaction, I paid my bill and left. I am disappointed because I had previously trusted this location. Between the pricing and the way my questions were handled, I will not be returning to this Eurofed Automotive location.

  I honestly do not know where to start. All I want to know is why I was treated this way and why I was repeatedly given information that was not true. I took my BMW to Eurofed Automotive in Lawrenceville. They kept it for two days to diagnose it and charged me a $200 diagnostic fee. After the diagnosis, I was quoted a little over $7,500 for the repairs. The manager, Andrew, told me I needed to pay $2,500 so they could order the parts. I trusted them and paid it. I dropped my car off on August 20 I was told it would be taken to the Decatur location because their best technician for these issues worked there. Andrew told me the repairs would take two to three days. The work involved two warning lights and the screen inside my car. The screen had a dark mark, and the original protective layer was beginning to peel. After three days, I called for an update because they were not calling me. I was told the technician needed more time. Two more days passed, and once again, I had to call them. This time, they said a part they ordered had not arrived. Another week went by with me continuing to chase them for answers. I eventually drove to the Decatur location and spoke with the manager, Henry. I was told everything had been repaired and they were only waiting for a harness to connect the radio. On September 3, I contacted them again because I had been told I might have my car back by Friday, September 4. The Decatur location then told me they did not know why Lawrenceville promised two to three days because this was more than a two to three day project. On September 4, Henry told me the harness could take five weeks to arrive from Germany. He then said they would see if one of his guys had one at his house or if they could find a used one. At that point, I had heard enough and decided to pick up my car. When I arrived, I could not believe what I saw. I have video showing the condition of my car. It was dirty and covered with leaves and tree branches, and it looked like it had been sitting outside untouched. When I dropped it off, it had a quarter tank of gas. When I picked it up, the dashboard said I had only nine miles until empty, so I had to find a gas station immediately. Then things became even worse. The screen I was told was fixed was not fixed. The same damaged screen was still in my car. The SOS warning and seatbelt malfunction warning they were supposed to repair still came on. There was even a piece of the interior around the radio coming apart. I have never dealt with a company this horrible. I paid $2,700 in total, including the diagnostic fee and deposit. They kept my car from August 20 until September 4, 2 weeks and I received it back with the same problems. I will not pay the remaining balance for repairs that were not completed and I will be requesting a full refund. I strongly suggest that anyone considering this company be extremely careful. The communication was horrible, the agreed repairs were not completed and several things I was told did not match the condition of my car when I got it back. This was completely unacceptable and the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Even one star is more than this experience deserves.
