  They flat out lied to me. They said they called me to confirm my reservation, but nobody ever called me. I showed them my call log on my phone and they still lied to me and said that they called. They completely ruined my plans for a job I was doing.

  Very friendly staff. Even when I got there just about a few minutes to closing, they didn't rush me at all. Myles, especially, went above and beyond to get me exactly what was needed for my trip. He was really chill even when it ate into his closing time. I salute such dedication and professionalism. Clean truck with a very smooth ride. Why won't i be back next time?

  Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I drove over an hour to this Enterprise location to pick up the vehicle I had reserved. When I arrived, the first thing I was told was that they didn’t even have the vehicle I had reserved. I agreed to switch to a different vehicle because I needed transportation and was trying to be flexible. After that, I was told I couldn’t rent the replacement vehicle because I didn’t have a credit card. Before making the trip, I had carefully reviewed the Rental Requirements included with my reservation, and they did not state that a credit card was required. Instead, they explained that debit cards are accepted. I showed the Rental Requirements on my phone to the employee multiple times, but kept insisting that I needed a credit card and completely ignored the information provided in my reservation. Because of Enterprise’s poor communication and lack of accurate information, I wasted more than two hours driving, my gas, my time, and my money, only to leave with nothing. It is unacceptable to ask customers to travel long distances, only to tell them the reserved vehicle isn’t available and then deny the rental based on requirements that were never clearly disclosed. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expected professionalism, transparency and respect for my time. Instead, I left extremely disappointed. I hope Enterprise improves its communication and treats future customers with more honesty and respect.
