  Ramiro was excellent, quick to help, answer questions and was bilingual! Always nice to feel at home when dealing with stressful situations like renting a vehicle. Was placed in a vehicle fast! Car was excellent! Customer service 120% Will be using this location again. Thank you Ramiro!

  Lady by name Britney, was very unfriendly. She told me car will be ready in 30-40 min. I came back in 75 min. Car was not ready yet. On my question why, she said you can go anywhere else if you want, and she go at lunch. After 15 min. I was asking other employee how long I need to wait, he told me she said, does not want rent car for you. I never has experience like this.

  We rented a minivan for a weekend trip. On the second day, the car had a mechanical problem and needed to be exchanged for a new one. We were offered a 5 passenger car vs a 6 passenger minivan. Were we supposed to leave one person behind? This made no sense. We were lied to and ended up renting from a different company to make it home. The agent showed no compassion for our situation. Our trip was a total disaster because the rental company did not care about us —the customer.

  Out of all the Enterprise Rental Cars I been to by far this location is the Best!Meghan explained everything to me about the car I was renting and got me in and out in no time.Friendly staff and they have a bigger selection of cars to rent here.I recommend this location!

  I use to love this particular Enterprise location. But there GM Rome quit. I’m sure I know why. I was a frequent flyer. I rented a car every 2-3 weeks like clockwork. I had a reservation today and I was going to be there 2-3 minutes after closing. I called and told them. I get to building the door is locked. There are employees still there because they closed at 6pm and it is 6:03pm. The lady came and told me that their reservation system shuts down at 6pm. Which is complete and total BS. The manager has discretion and could have easily gotten me a car. This location has also been super short staffed. I’ve waited for 1hr up to 1.5hrs to get my car when I had a reservation. I didn’t ask for anything or even complain. They one time I'm looking for a little grace I am denied. That is not good business. I can take my money to other car rental companies. Enterprise is not the only game in town. I will think long and hard before I rent from Enterprise again. I am very disappointed with their lack of empathy and customer service. Very disappointing.
