  This was my first time renting a car with Enterprise. I had misunderstood the insurance policy and realized a tad bit late that I was being charged for insurance even though I had my own insurance. Because of Q, I got a full refund for the insurance portion and was charged properly for my rental! Will definitely be back if I’m ever in need of a rental again. Thank you Q!!! ❤️

  The person working the counter, I believe her name is “Q” was outstanding. I arrived near closing time and there were multiple customers remaining in the lobby and she was able to help all of us efficiently and with a smile. Great customer service! Don’t see that as much anymore so I definitely want to highlight her for that.

  This was my first time using the check-in process on the mobile app which I have to say I loved it. The whole experience was so easy there was no surprises upon check-in. The weight was literally 10 minutes. Everyone in the office was willing to help at any point needed. I will definitely use this company again.

  I received a letter stating that I owed Enterprise for damage that occurred THREE DAYS AFTER I returned a vehicle in perfect condition. I spoke with an Enterprise adjuster who realized how ridiculous the claim was and closed it immediately. That's not even the worst part - they filed a claim WITH MY INSURANCE the day after Enterprise closed the claim. I quickly called my insurance company and the adjuster was able to get everything squared away. What really sucks is that claims get reported to your driving record. My adjuster had to submit a request to remove the claim and now I have to follow up to make sure it gets removed. Thank so much, Enterprise. I've rented from this location several times, but never again. Extremely shady to try and bill me for damage that I had no way of causing.

Q demonstrated a high level of professionalism and went the extra mile (above a d beyond) to ensure my reservation was handled efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. ​This was an A+ experience from start to finish. The best I have had with Enterprise. Thank you for maintaining such high standards, and please pass along my gratitude to Q. This was a very special bday weekend for my son that was completely fulfilled✔️. Definitely recommending this location and Q to my family, friends, and colleagues.
