  They are non responsive when you call them. On hold for over one half hour three times. Totally unacceptable.

  Not happy with Enterprice Loganville for the second time in a row. They promised to have what I needed the day prior and still let me down.

  The staff is so friendly and helpful to ensure that my trip is enjoyable from pick up, to extending, and to the returning of the vehicle. Also the staff always ask if I am in need of a ride to my residence.

  Yes it's true it's very difficult to get them on the phone. Yes the parking lot is always full with returns and pickups, difficult to leave. A 4 star is because the staff there are nice and doing the best they can with what they have. I realized corporate is not supportive enough but that doesn't stop them from trying and even smiling through it all. When I see people working hard I tend to offer them some grace. A larger facility would be better for them as they are extremely busy at this location. I have been to two different enterprises within 10 miles of them and both have terrible customer service. So I come to this one knowing full well of the difficulties. I will continue using this location because I like the people who work there.
