  I went to pick up a rental from my accident. They confirmed all information, charged my card the deposit, and then proceeded to tell me they can’t use a debit card that I have to have a credit card. So I asked why it would allow them to charge my card without it being a credit card. The manager told me that they had no way of knowing anything about the contract until my deposit was charged. So I looked up how their system worked and found out the manager lied to me and they didn’t check to make sure a credit card was needed. I was later informed by enterprise that they see in their system which vehicles require a credit card and which ones allow a debit card. When I brought that to their attention and asked why I was lied to they wanted to get irritated and have an attitude. So I asked them to void my transaction instead of refund it because it only takes 24 hours if they void it, they said okay but refused to show me proof. They told me when they do that it deletes everything out of their system. Once again enterprise confirmed that that was also a lie. Instead of being honest and admitting their mistake they kept lying to me. Since I knew they were lying and enterprise confirmed they were I asked for their names to report it. They refused to give me their names. It’s extremely frustrating I drove all the way out there lost money that could have been avoided if they would have just did their job properly! If they would have been honest I would’t have been so irritated. Everyone makes mistakes especially if it’s out of habit. What I do have a problem with is them lying instead of taking accountability.

  They are so un professional and dismissive never have vehicles available when u need it most, even if you have a reservation. Also make sure your card isn’t blocked by bank because if it declines due to fraud block from bank they will automatically tell you unless you have another card you have to wait 24 hours which is dumb and inconvenient especially if you’re traveling

  The team at enterprise will work with you if you work with them. The user interface from the app to the website is what always brings me back. Its clean and its functional.

  Only two employees at this location. They are spread thin, many customers. Even with that at least one employee needs to be out front. Both employees can't be in the back. Bring your lunch out front eat it while you work with customers. The customers will understand. Once things die down then take your real lunch break. Enterprise needs to either invest into more personnel or close the shop down.
