  The process was so smooth at the Hurricane Shoals GA location. The team was so friendly and efficient. We were in and out during the rental process and the return was just as smooth. We were also very pleased without rental vehicle. Can’t say enough about this enterprise experience. This experience has me changing my loyalty from Hertz to Enterprise!

  Very good service. Jose and his team were incredibly easy to work with, polite, quick, and also went out of their way to give good service. They were able to pick me up from the body shop where I had dropped off my car and I was even able to leave my rental there for them to pick up.

  Enterprise on 489 hurricane shoals. I will start by thanking the staff at hurricane shoals especially Jose, Great Customer service. Satisfied customer highly recommend this location. Outstanding service.....

  I wish I could give negative points. Worst experience ever. We had to rent car through insurance as our car had to be fixed. They provided us very old car which required maintenance every single day. Since I received the vehicle, I’ve had to put air in the tire every single day, which is very concerning and not something I feel comfortable continuing to drive with. I requested to exchange the car and they said they don’t have any car available after so many calls and follow ups. If you don’t have any cars available why you are still keeping your shop open? At first when we went to pick up the car they had the same issue with us and other 4 clients. They had to denied some clients as they haven’t had any car available. They sent us to another location which “might” have car available. We wasted our half day just because of that and still got car like garbage and wasting our time repairing their car. Worst service ever. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE. If you wanna go through nightmare. Schedule appointment and take advantage of this ridiculous service.

  Wonderful experience on pickup and return. Vehicle was what we needed and Jose was very excited to service me and my family. I can clearly see he enjoys what he does. Everything was explained to the T!!! No surprises that I greatly appreciated. I was in and out. Vehicle was clean and before I could even signed the final documents the Van was upfront and washed. A simple walk around and I was out. Thanks again. Great Team at this location.
