  This company I’m not sure how charge my card 2 months later twice for a rental Oct 2 nd and Oct 5th I rented a car from there through our insurance geico back in August they ask me to put down a $50 deposit and is not charging me $500 and I keep getting hung up on. I’m reporting fraud to my bank and will like for anyone who’s reading this to please be careful. Don’t ass an actual credit card online this company is a scam!!!!!

  I Rent from the Enterprise location all the time and they always are very kind and often we’ll go above and beyond to make sure that the rental I asked for is there and are very accommodating with special situations. I was in a car accident and had to deal with the other drivers insurance to get rentals and they have just been so accommodating Rashad and Cindy have been extremely helpful through this process of not having a vehicle. I definitely recommend going to this location if you want a team of people who really do their best to streamline the rental process and seem to care about people with kindness.

  Jose and Rashad at the Hurricane Shoals location in Lawrenceville were amazing. They consistently provide excellent customer service and make every rental experience smooth and welcoming. They take the time to make sure I understand the features of the vehicle, answer any questions I may have, and always check to ensure I am completely satisfied before I leave. They also ask if there is anything else they can assist me with, which shows that they genuinely care about the customer experience. Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach are greatly appreciated and are a big reason I continue to have such a positive experience at this location.

  Jose made this whole experience exceptional. Jose found us a vehicle when it looked like there was nothing available, then went and got it cleaned up himself while he worked through the paperwork. He explained every option clearly, walked us through the rates, and helped us land on a deal that actually worked. No friction, no runaround, just someone who knew his job and clearly cared about doing it well. What stood out most was how patient and upbeat he stayed through the whole thing, even after we showed up already frustrated from two failed reservations. Thanks to Jose, we left with a car, a good rate, and a much better impression of Enterprise than we walked in with. If you rent from this location and get Jose, consider yourself lucky. You can thank me later.

  Jose he helped us a lot for renting a car . I had a great experience with this rental company. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was quick and easy, and the vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. They made a stressful situation much easier for me. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for taking such good care of me!
