  Ja'lynn and team Rashad, Cindy, and the rest of the team are outstanding. They build relationships with customers. Whether you rent once or multiple times, this branch does it best to serve you the best. From the time you enter, and they say "welcome in" or "good morning," you feel noticed. Even though this is a very busy branch. This team should be commended for reaching the goals set by the Enterprise brand.

  Most of the locations except the airport allowed bookings for Friday, July 3rd but had no vehicles. I received a call at 10am, stating they would not have a vehicle untill around 3pm & that I would receive a call back at that time. NO call was received. I called around & found a few locations with vehicles but they were charging 3 times the price of my original booking price. I was told twice that someone from corporate would call & address my problem (they're supposed to find a location for you to pick up a vehicle if they do not have any & supposedly it's the same reservation) but NO ONE called, Not even an email of apology... I truly feel sorry for the people that booked a week ahead of me. Mine was a last minute emergency due to death.

  I had a great experience with Jose at Enterprise. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got the right vehicle for my needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I really appreciate his help and would definitely rent from this location again. Thanks, Jose!

  We rent from this Enterprise location regularly and have always had great experiences, which is why we especially want to recognize Ja’Lynn Weaver for going above and beyond. During our most recent rental, the check engine light came on just 20 minutes after leaving the branch at around 2:00 a.m. We immediately contacted customer service and followed the instructions we were given, only to be told by multiple locations that the information was incorrect. We were turned away by four different Enterprise locations and weren't accommodated until after driving five hours to the Louisville, Kentucky airport. The ordeal caused us to miss paid accommodations and turned what should have been a simple trip into a very stressful experience. When we returned, Ja’Lynn took the time to listen, showed genuine empathy, and honored her promise to make things right. She was professional, compassionate, and never made us feel like our concerns didn't matter. Her outstanding customer service completely restored our confidence in Enterprise. Because of Ja’Lynn Weaver, Enterprise remains our first choice for rentals, and the Hurricane Shoals branch is still our favorite. She is a true asset to the company, and we sincerely appreciate everything she did for us.

  I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but I felt this team deserved the recognition. Over the course of my recent rental, I visited this Enterprise location three different times. Not because of any issues on their end, but personal reasons/preferences. Each and every visit, I was met with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness. This is clearly a high-volume, busy location, but the team has an impressive operation. Even while assisting multiple customers and handling challenging situations, they remained patient, professional, and focused on providing excellent customer service. While waiting for assistance myself, I observed how other customers were treated, and they received the same level of care and attention. I would especially like to recognize Jaylen and Reshad. They consistently went above and beyond, were kind, courteous, and made every interaction a positive experience. Their professionalism and customer service truly stood out. In a world where people are often quick to leave negative feedback, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge a team that is doing things right. Thank you all for making a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
