  I give them 2 stars because supposedly they upgraded (without charges) the truck I rented from them. But now that's questionable because the I prepaid a lower price online than what I was charged for after the rental was checked in. Checking out was brutal. Spent an hour just sorting paperwork and customer service was subpar. The rep that helped me throughout check out and check in process was very snooty about how many miles I was planning on driving. Why does it matter? The truck came back in prestine condition. Vacuumed and everything. The purpose to rent a vehicle that's not yours is to use that car. Maybe it's the New Yorker in me but mind your business.

  This place is horrible and the staff is extremely rude. Location should be closed. I was scheduled to pick up a car at 2. Arrived in parking lot slightly before 2 to see a gentlemen getting the things out of his return and as I walk in the young lady with the short hair tells me we are closed. How? It’s 2pm now and my reservation is for 2. So you clearly shut everything down before 2 so you could leave right at 2. Totally killed my whole work trip and have to change plans completely because you won’t honor my reservation.

  Very professional staff!! They found a vehicle in minutes at another office and completed the paper work in less than 15 minutes!!

  There is simply no need for counter staff to roll their eyes at customers. The customer service was appalling. I could write a book on the negatives of experience.
