  I am writing to express my deep outrage and frustration with the service I received at your store. Today, I purchased a radiator that turned out to be defective. When I tried to return it, the employee Xavier Hernández , outright refused, claiming the radiator was fine and refusing to make any exchange. After checking the radiator they decided to do a refund, when the refund was finally processed, the receipt clearly stated that I was to receive $243, yet I was only given $230. When I called to dispute this, he falsely accused me of being a scammer and hung up on me. This is not the standard of AutoZone, and this is the only store where I have been treated so horribly. I demand an immediate resolution and a review of this unacceptable behavior.

  I bought 3 alternators before I got one that worked. It costs me $350 for putting on and taking off. When I asked a Gen. Mander if he could help me with the next alternator not give it to me for free. He said you help him and he ran in the back. Wouldn't help me? Then, he comes back out cause they need him. And guess what swung, the computer screen at me almost hit me in the face. You can watch the film and started screaming at me. I can tell by your Google scores. 4.1. You need to get rid of your general manager who doesn't know how to do customer service. There's AA there's an advanced autozone, right next to you guys. And that's where I will be sending my people to buy their part. Because, you know, some of us have auto and body shop mechanics. You will lose our business, can't get anybody to call me or email me back.So I guess the customer service starts from the district manager and works his way down to the journal managers.Autozone change your customer service habits

  Today Wednesday 13/May/2026 I went to get a battery swapped out. I shop at this autozone location several times. I've gotten batteries here on 2 different occasions, and they've always change out the battery for me. Which is one of the reasons why I love coming back. Today i came to purchase a new battery and William who works here said that I needed uninstall it myself and install the new one. I was confused that he would say that because you guys offere free installation batter service whenever you purchase a new battery. I was confused why William would make that statement since its his job to uninstall and install the new one or at least install the new one. When I uninstalled the old battery he also had me bring it in around the store and place it on cart organizing it with the next older batteries I was confused again cause I'm pretty sure thats Williams job not mine I'm not an employee also I am not getting paid to do that his job. At the time I came this location was not busy there were employees on their phones and maybe one person in the store shopping.
