  Had been coming to this specific Auto Zone for years. For the first time in what seems like a lifetime, I finally felt as if I was in a legitimate Auto Parts store with people that actually treated me with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. Justin the new store manager actually made the experience above on beyond. The simple ways he held himself, as well as spoke to people as if they were his own family. It really doesn’t take much to show someone hospitality and kindness, but this Guy alone could run the country with his knowledge and integrity. Let alone in one day he made me forget about how crappy the store has been for so long. Treating others how you want to be treated seems to be the stores new motivational way. Not to mention I actually got the correct parts and was assured if I ever have a problem to come back and they would make it right. I thought he was new so I asked him how long he’s been working here , expecting him to say a week or two. But no he said he’s been working for AutoZone for 15 years and recently transferred to this location a couple days ago. This gentleman gives me high hopes for my future returns as I’m usually retuning multiple parts again and again due to them not even being the correct part for the cars I’m working on. Thank you Justin for making me feel part of the AutoZone family. Can’t wait to see what great change you bring back to this area.

  Lei C I believe her name was very nasty & rude. NO HOSPITALITY. Actually felt like we was bothering her to get the part (which is her job) smh. She should get those chipped polished nails done seriously before being so rude to customers. No have a good day or nothing either … JUST RUDE for no reason. 1 star … unlikely to recommend as long as she’s there.

  PAUL R is so great. He's personable knowledgeable and actually cares about his customers. He checked my battery and once he figured out it was bad, he got and installed the battery in no time. Been coming to Autozone for years but no one does it like him.

  Paul R was a great help . He was as fast as he could be because he had a long line of impatient customers but once he got to me helped me out big time and got me out fast ! I really appreciate it. He someone you can count on ! Gotta keep him around just good and friendly business.

  I just have to let y'all know about Paul!! I have been coming to this location for about 20 years now. Always been solid! When I tell you Paul went above and beyond!!!! This guy not only lets me know he can test my battery, but if the battery turns out to be good, he can test my starter and alternator as well. Most people wouldn't even offer up that extra info, right!? So we find out it is just the battery. Mr. Paul brings me the battery, offers to put it in, and then proceeds to get me the best deal he can on the battery. This visit was the stuff a good Autozone commercial is made out of!! Paul seriously deserves a raise!! Thanks Paul!! This is the least I could do!!
