  Xavier recently provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I was trouble shooting a few issues with our vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I'm thankful to live very close to the store that he supports, but if I didn't, I would gladly travel further to enjoy such great service.

  I’d never had bad service at AutoZone before, but this morning I received the worst service ever. I think his name was Tunde. While he was testing the charging system, he asked me to start the engine. When I didn’t quite catch what he said at first (he had a strong accent from another country), he got frustrated and started yelling at me, saying he didn’t have time to waste on this! His tone was very rude, and it left me feeling really upset.

  Marco went out of his way to help install car batteries while it was raining outside. I would have struggled to get it properly installed and he didn't need to help considering it was raining outside. I hope he gets recognized for his efforts. Thank you Marco!

  Yesterday Around 930 -10am I called in because they had a part that I needed to fix my window on my car, the lady said it can be order online and placed on hold, so I did. I got a confirmation that I paid for the part as well the money came out. Around 640pm I made it there to pick up the part. There was only two people working in the store at the time, one guy was outside helping a lady and there was a manager, that when I called out for somw assistance he never came out from the back. I had to wait almost 15mins for the guy outside to be done before getting any help. When I finally got some help they told me the part that was ordered was no where to be found. I double checked the location to make sure I was at the right place and informed the guy that the young lady I spoke with that morning said they had one left and to order the part immediately so that it would be held which I did. They guy acted like I was lying and didnt know what I was talking about. Just glad I was able to get my money back and wont waste my time with this location

  I had an amazing experience with Xavier and couldn’t be happier with his work. He replaced the headlights on my car and also took the time to fix my hood latch, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. What stood out the most was how much he genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He explained what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. The new headlights work perfectly, and my hood latch now closes and opens like it should. It’s hard to find someone who’s both honest and skilled, but Xavier is exactly that. He went above and beyond what I expected and made the whole experience stress-free. If you’re looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect, I can’t recommend Xavier enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future automotive work.
