  The team at Auto Accents is great. The installed lift, tint, tuxedo top and audio system. Very responsive, easy to work with and priced fairly. Knocked out the install in the time frame they originally quoted. Would highly recommend.

  If 0 stars were an option, that is exactly what I would give...!!! I paid $641 for a remote start installation and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. This business advertises a military discount, yet I was told it does not apply to remote start installations, which makes absolutely no sense to me—if you advertise that you support and offer discounts to military customers, why should that courtesy only apply to certain purchases? On top of that, there is an additional 3% charge for paying by card, while cash customers receive a lower price, so after everything I ended up paying $641. The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of communication and transparency. Before taking my money and installing the system, nobody explained that on my Toyota, after remotely starting the vehicle, the engine shuts completely off as soon as I open the door, requiring me to start the vehicle all over again. Had that important limitation been clearly explained beforehand, I would have NEVER agreed to spend over $600 on this system. To make matters worse, after paying $641, nobody even took the time to demonstrate how the remote start worked or explain the system to me. I was essentially handed my keys and sent on my way. I actually had to walk back inside and ASK someone to show me how the product I had just paid more than $600 for worked. That is completely unacceptable customer service in my opinion. A customer should not have to chase employees down for a basic walkthrough after spending that kind of money. The entire experience left me feeling like making the sale and collecting my payment mattered far more than making sure I understood what I was purchasing or was satisfied afterward. Between the military discount exclusions, the card surcharge, the failure to disclose an important limitation of the remote start, and the fact that I wasn’t even given a basic demonstration without having to ask for one, I walked away feeling like I wasted $641. I absolutely would not recommend this business based on my experience.

  I’ve used Auto Accent for many years . Several of my cars have had upgrades there . Today had an Apple Car Play head unit installed in my wife’s Jeep. It sounds awesome by the way, which is hard to do in a jeep with no doors or roof on :-) They are top notch , never disappoint, always over the top service . Even did a Katskin leather interior in the jeep a few years back . Every time I leave thinking this place has the customer experience figured out . They are the best !
