  The service was A-1 !!! I was greeted kindly at the door. I was helped right away and the process took hardly anytime at all. The price can’t be beat. Most definitely will again rent with enterprise

  The people who gave us the vehicle and accepted the return.they were wonderful! Went the extra mile to get us what we wanted! Highly recommend.

  I reserved a truck thru Priceline on Monday for a Friday rental. Priceline showed over 8 different advertisements for this location for pickup trucks. Friday when I leave Toccoa and travel all the way to Lavonia to pick up the truck Im told there are no trucks within a 50 mile radius. I was told nothing could be done and they called me 2 times. The manger avoided me and went to help another customer and I was told that nothing could be done, no upgrade, down grade, or compensation they wouldn't even look up another location... So if you are BLACK and need a truck for a event, you probably need to go elsewhere. I definitely feel like discrimination played a big role because Priceline claims that they haven't been receiving calls with the same issue as mine.... Thanks Meghan for the terrible customer service !!!

  Horrible branch! I booked a vehicle 6 months prior for vacation just because I knew how they operated from previous experience (never have any cars available or answer the phone). They called a day before explaining how they don’t have anything available for pick up & that they tried calling that Monday to confirm but didn’t get an answer. I called back a total of 6 times between Monday-Thursday & you mean to tell me no one heard the phone? This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue. All the representatives can say is “I’m sorry” well sorry isn’t good enough when the reservation was booked way in advance & vacation is the next day. If the company cannot accommodate customers and keep up with capacity then they should just close the doors for good. I am not the one that usually complains but this is ridiculous! It’s not only me, I know several people who has ran into this problem with using the local enterprise.

  We do not recommend coming here. Go to the Commerce location; they treat their customers right. We have made a reservation at least a couple of weeks in advance on three separate occasions, and they have never had the size we reserved. They claim they called to confirm, but I literally called back, left a voicemail, and did not get a call back. They had us pay extra for an upgrade last time, even though company policy states they will provide a free upgrade. We just walked out without a vehicle after waiting 15-20 minutes to be helped. We were offered a car, but were told they have nothing else. We had reserved a mid-sized SUV. It's so upsetting to have this occur before a trip. We are now heading to the Commerce location. They have always provided us with outstanding service; they actually follow company policies and will upgrade the vehicle for free if they don't have the size that was reserved. We wish we could have stuck with this location, as it is only 7 minutes away from our house, but never again.
