  We do not recommend coming here. Go to the Commerce location; they treat their customers right. We have made a reservation at least a couple of weeks in advance on three separate occasions, and they have never had the size we reserved. They claim they called to confirm, but I literally called back, left a voicemail, and did not get a call back. They had us pay extra for an upgrade last time, even though company policy states they will provide a free upgrade. We just walked out without a vehicle after waiting 15-20 minutes to be helped. We were offered a car, but were told they have nothing else. We had reserved a mid-sized SUV. It's so upsetting to have this occur before a trip. We are now heading to the Commerce location. They have always provided us with outstanding service; they actually follow company policies and will upgrade the vehicle for free if they don't have the size that was reserved. We wish we could have stuck with this location, as it is only 7 minutes away from our house, but never again.

  My wife and I haven't rented from them in some time but recently we rented and customer service was great. They had the vehicle we wanted and it was a fast and easy pickup and return.

  Reserved vehicle 2 weeks in advance, confirmed verbally 3 days in advance. Confirmed online with all my CC info and all 1 day in advance. On the way to pick up my rental I get a call 5 mins from there saying they were sorry but they didn't have it and it may be noon before they maybe get one in. Cam the gentleman there was nice and overwhelmed being the only person there. So I don't hold him accountable. But the vehicle had no fuel, dirty, I even had to wash it myself at the car wash down the road. I was told I would be taken care of because of the 5 hour delay and other issues, but when I returned the truck with fuel and clean I still was charged the full amount. This is a smaller location but with the area growing they need to consider keeping more stock and hiring more ppl.

  I recently rented from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Livonia location and overall had a positive experience. The representative Taylor was professional, helpful, and worked quickly to get me into a vehicle. The rental process was smooth, and the car was clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the customer service and how the team answered my questions clearly. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a reliable rental car in the Livonia area.
