  We forgot a backpack in the car when we returned it but didn't discover it until too late in the day to call them. We called first thing the next morning and spoke with Jennifer, who was helping out at this location and even though she was by herself, she took the time to go to the car and she found it. My husband went to pick it up and she was very gracious and helpful.

  I rented a car April 16 2026 at the Lavonia Ga. Location. The woman that worked that day was very rude she ignored all my questions. I will never rent from that location again.

  Had a booking and got a call saying they didnt have the car on site 20 minutes before we were due to pick it up. They told us we would have to drive to toccoa which is another 30m to get the car with no offer to help or put us in another car without a up-charge.

  I wish I could put zero stars about this place. I made a reservation well in advance. Upon arrival I was told that she had zero cars available. I waited and waited mutiple people turn in cars for her to complete ignore me and give them to other people. She pulled forward 2 cars and I asked if I could take them she said I couldn’t they had recalls for her to give it to other people. Zero cares for guest in the world.

  This place is garbage let me explain.. I had a wreck and the insurance company got me a rental well believe it or not they got it two days ago and it still wasn't ready. So they were going to make me walk without a ride considering I was there on time I didn't have no ride at the moment because I expected a rental. She ended up charging me $60 as insurance was supposed to pay for it My insurance agent was not happy. If I'm not mistaken them in the insurance have a contract and that is almost forwarding in the contract. But I will speak to corporate or the branch manager get this fixed but just wanted y'all to know
