No customer service at all. All I am looking for is an acknowledgement when asks. Question for the third time. I only stated, “Excuse me Anna-can we pay here”. No knod, no looking up, and she so oh 3 -4 feet from adjusting items on the hot bar behind the counter. As I began to walk away, she said, “yes-give me a minute”. I waited, paid, said, “Thank You Anna” to which there was no response.
Folks, if you don’t want to be here or don’t want to come to work, don’t come to work. Pilot, read this and do something about it. Anna deserves that am so do your clients.
Thankfully, our expectations aren’t as high as thy were years ago. We are all lucky to find applicants that become new hires who will show up at all, much less on time and with a smile and human attributes.
Sorry-it’s frustrating.
