An issue came up with another customer while I was there; the employees were very, very professional and apologized to the customer. The issue was not a fault of the company and they were very apologetic. Loved the way they handled the situation. The vehicle was very clean! I will rent here again!

We showed up to find out they were completely overbooked and sent us to another location. We arrived at the LaGrange location where even though they were very busy and had low inventory, Anthony did his best to get us in something and on our way. We appreciate his efforts and professionalism in helping us. We are truly grateful 😊

They been telling her for over 2 weeks it'll be given back. There's 0 reason for it to take that long to give someone their deposit back when you've said over and over it'll be given back and it's yet to go into her account or be handed over. TRASH BUSINESS.

The cars are always clean and ready to go, and the staff is friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. I've swapped cars more than once after leaving and discovering that I just didn't like a particular one. They have happily accomodated me. I highly recommend them.
