  My 81 year old mother-in law took her vehicle to the service dept. because her air conditioning wasn't blowing out cold air. They came back, and told her that they ran a "test", and it showed that she needed a new compressor that was going to cost her $1700 to replace. We took it to an independent mechanic to get a second opinion since the vehicle only has 13000 miles. Turns out the only thing that was "wrong" was that she didn't have the A/C button engaged. Dishonesty at its finest. To try and take advantage of an elderly woman to make an extra buck is below scum. And they wonder why people always says that you can't trust a service department at the dealership.

  Everyone was very attentive, and informed me on the issues with my truck. I had to leave it overnight, and they made sure I had a loaner to be able to get home. My truck was ready to pick up the next morning. Thank everyone at Thigpen.

  If I could give this place negative stars I would. They don’t apologize for their horrendous service department or the work, they use the same exact parts that failed the first time then charge you more the 2nd time to have it fixed, the GM is a clown and talks to customers like they’re dumb, they way they go about their business is really shady. If you want to buy a car here then expect more than just routine oil changes and tire rotation and balance. They’ll almost certainly find something even more costly to fix on your vehicle. Don’t do business here

  Wow!!! Best experience we have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. They answer all questions and work so well with pricing/financing. Our salesperson, Karson, she is the absolute best. She held her word on everything from moment one. I highly recommend them.

  The people at Paul Thigpen worked hard to make my deal happen and give me my rate they originally quoted me. I was given everything that I asked for and they made it work with in my budget. I traded my 2024 trailboss with 47500 miles for a brand new 2026 6.2 L ZR2 with extended warranty and gap insurance included and only adding 14 more months to my original loan. I love my truck!
