  I just realized I never posted my review! As a military wife, who just moved here this march- reliable transportation is a must. After getting sold faulty tires and getting extreme damage to my car from a TERRIBLE business out here- Tire Kingdom was a breath of fresh air. Not only did they service my car at a FRACTION of what this original place tried to quote me at to fix their mistake, this shop worked with me and my needs and got my car back on the road within the day. Forever grateful that this place is so close to me, my only regret was not going here from the start! Awesome business, awesome techs, 10/10 would recommend. (Big shout out to Luis- I know there were multiple amazing people working, but he was the welcoming face I got to meet!)

  I had the absolute pleasure of having Mr. Jay fix an issue that he didn’t even create. After a terrible experience at a different tire place, he was eager to not only look at my mother’s car, but got a life long customer in the process. Mr. Jay, thank you. For taking time that you didn’t have to to fix an issue that seemed big to my mom. I truly appreciate you and the business for your amazing service.

  We woke up this morning to a very flat tire on our Jeep. After filling it with air, and removing the air compressor, the air rapidly, and disrespectfully, shot right back out of the valve stem. We changed out to our spare, and went in search of a tire repair shop. We ended up at Tire Kingdom, where we were greeted in the parking lot by one of their many friendly staff members. My husband explained the issue, and they got us right in for a valve stem replacement. The entire staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. They had us all taken care of in under an hour, the price was exceptional, and they even remounted our spare onto the back for us. Thanks guys, for getting us safely back on the road!

  Tires we a great price, that was about it. I used to come here years ago, and figured I would give them another shot. I had called to see if they can do a full alignment on my 1 ton truck since it was pulling to the right. They told me they could, so I scheduled online for the tires and alignment. When I got there, I was the first person there. Waited for almost 3 hours, which I did not mind at first. Got the truck back, paid for it and left. The pull had gotten worse. Looked at the paperwork and the only did a toe and go, the did not adjust the caster. They took so long I figured they had done that, but they didn't. I regret giving them another shot. I ended up just taking the loss and paid another shop that did it right the first time.

  TLDR: rude and deceptive staff. I left without them ever looking at my car. I called and scheduled at 1 PM appointment. That part of the experience was excellent. When I arrived, I was greeted by a grouchy, older man named Louis. He seemed annoyed that I said I had an appointment, and annoyed that I was there altogether. He claimed that I had spoken to a call center, that they had triple booked him for 1 PM, and that it would be several hours before they could begin to look at my vehicle. I had no choice but to wait, so I had a seat in the dark and dingy lobby. It’s a tire shop so my expectations were not high to begin with. There was no one else waiting and I hoped that maybe he had overstated the wait just to reduce the existing workload. I also thought that since I did have an appointment, and no one else was there waiting, maybe my flat repair would not be pushed to the back of the line. Louis came in and out a few times, grumbling and griping in a low voice about this being a messed up day. He also answered the phone a few times. Each time he answered on speaker phone and I could hear the caller begin to speak. Each time, he hung up on the caller. One caller lead off saying “hi, can you hear me?” He responded, “no” and disconnected the call. I observed him answer and hang up on 3 callers within about 15 minutes time. He was rude and hanging up on people that I could clearly hear on speakerphone in the lobby. If this is how they handle customer service, will they approach servicing my vehicle with any more care or honesty?! I asked for my keys back and went to Tires Plus where the gentleman at the counter was pleasant, straightforward and kind. My car was taken back within 20 minutes and they appeared to be much busier, with more bays open and working than Tire Kingdom.
