  Genuinely one of the best if not THE best place for any car. They were very professional, quick, and very good at what they do. Having a low sports car that no where else would take and do, not only did they take the car in, they did a amazing and efficient job. Strongly recommend this place to anyone out there that has a busy schedule and needs a quick and spectacular job done. Cannot beat the staff or even the job anywhere else. Will be coming back again.

  FAST AND RELIABLE!! Showed up on Friday morning at 8 a.m. (opening) with an alternator that I bought from AutoZone (Tacoma/Truck) and asked if they could change it out for me. They said "of course", so I left my contact information and my wife picked me up and took me home. A couple mins after being home, I realized I had left my phone in my truck. I returned at 8:37 am and went inside to ask if I could get my phone out of my truck and they said my truck was ready to go.

  Completely wowed. Absolutely amazing customer service..this kind of experience is extremely rare nowadays and honestly reflects the same level of work ethic I respect and try to live by. Came in for an oil change and initially thought I needed an air filter replacement. Instead of just selling me something, they actually showed me the air filter and explained it didn’t really need to be replaced since it was still pretty clean. Told me it was probably the Freon that needed a charge instead. No pressure at all, just honest, straightforward advice and total transparency, leaving the decision completely up to me. They also provided me with a sheet of recommended services that I could have done at the time, but I didn’t have the time to go through them today…no pressure, just helpful information so I could decide on my own schedule. They also asked if I needed wiper blades, and I actually did, so I had those replaced as well. Again, no pushiness, just helpful suggestions based on what the car actually needed. Huge shoutout to Tristan and his team! exceptional from start to finish. Tristan especially stood out for his professionalism, honesty, and customer-first approach. I was in and out in under 15 minutes and never even had to leave my car. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere, and I mean that. This is the kind of place you remember. Thank you again, Tristan and team. Cannot recommend them highly enough. This place would blow any other car repair shop or oil change shop to smithereens.

  I had an excellent experience at Express Oil Change thanks to Tristen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The service was quick, professional, and efficient, and Tristen made sure all my questions were answered. It's great to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service and making sure the job is done right. I highly recommend asking for Tristen if you visit Express Oil Change.   My first time at Express Oil Change at the recommendation of my son. I was greeted in the parking lot and verbally discussed getting a oil change and having my car checked over for any other needed repairs. The service was very fast and a fuel injection cleaning was recommended which I accepted. All techs were very friendly and respectful. I was surprised they did not go over any pricing prior to doing the work. Never experienced that in the past. ??? It was "Ladies Day" and after I got home, I noticed they did not give the "Ladies Day" discount. I called and spoke to Hunter who advised he is a manager in training. He acknowledged I was not given the discount and advised, he is putting in the computer, that my next oil change is free. I would have given five stars had they given the discount. Recommend they review all pricing and repairs prior to doing the work.
