  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change, thanks to Tristan and John! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and showed excellent customer service. They were friendly, professional, and willing to make sure everything went smoothly. It is always nice to find people who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Tristan and John went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in the service I was receiving. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail really stood out to me. You can tell when someone cares about doing a good job, and both Tristan and John showed that they truly care about their customers. What impressed me most was their professionalism and teamwork. They helped make the entire process easy and stress-free. Good customer service can make a big difference, and Tristan and John are great examples of what excellent service should look like.   I had an amazing experience at Express Oil Change! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of efficiently. The service was quick, smooth, and hassle-free, and I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure I was satisfied. It’s hard to find a place that combines great customer service, quality work, and fast service all in one, but Express Oil Change definitely delivered!   I had a great experience at Express Oil Change! Tristan was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He made the process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job and making sure customers are taken care of.   We received exceptional service here after a 12 hour drive on I95 our radiator split. We were from out of state and our vehicle the only transportation. They gladly took in our truck and repaired within hours! We were back on the road that very day. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

  3 car places later, and Tristan & his crew got me fixed! I had a BAD back tire but also some vibrating. Place number one said the tires would fix it. It didn’t. Place number two said they didn’t see anything wrong or feel the vibration. Out of desperation, I called Express Oil and within 5-6 minutes, they said my tires were out of balance and gave me the measurements behind it. They also did my alignment as that was needed and I expected that! So thankful they didn’t brush me off or try to charge me insane prices for a bunch of bogus stuff they “found.”
