We opened the hood only to discover they had knocked a hose loose leading from the air filter. There are others but I don't care to go further into it. I'll use Express Oil across the street.

- EAErika ArangoJun 5, 20262.0The attendants at Valvoline put 3 times the amount of oil than required for my engine. I started having very concerning engine issues the next day and took my car to a Toyota dealer immediately. After explaining my issues at Toyota they knew what the problem was before even opening the hood. The Toyota mechanic showed me where the oil level should be on the stick and that the current level was 3 times what it should be. Toyota did another oil change on the car at almost half the cost of what Valvoline charged me and now the engine works as it should. Update: I also submitted feedback via the email Valvoline sent asking for reviews. The Customer Care team opened a claim on my behalf and are at least reimbursing me for what I spent at Toyota to have the overfill corrected. So, thank you to the customer service team. Adding a star since they took the initiative to try and make it right.
