STILL no one started on my car. I waited for about 20-30 minutes, eventually had someone pick me up. The workers were still standing around talking when I left. I waited for 2 hours for a tire rotation. When I called they said there was a truck ahead of my car & they would get to mine after that. I decided that I would just pick my car up & go someplace else. When I arrived my car was on the rack & it took about 10 minutes for the tire rotation. Somehow a 10 minute job turned into 2 hours. I have no clue why I couldn’t get the 10 minute tire rotation done in the 20-30 minutes I was waiting & no other cars were there. I had to wait for the “workers” to service other cars that came AFTER mine. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Completely unprofessional. Bad time management. -10/10
