  Had balance and rotation done on Toyota 4 Runner. Fast service and fixed the issue. The only problem was I found part of my shifter was broken on the way home. Looked like someone broke it then tried to put it back on where I wouldn’t notice. I wish someone would have told him. It was disappointing.

  I really like that they have appts for quick work like oil changes and that a tire rotation is included in the same price (which is 35 less than a dealer and then another 40 for rotation!) The inspection report afterwards is great for scheduling maintenance like brakes and injection service in the future

  First time customer and very happy with the service and experience. I dropped off my vehicle at 6:30am using the after hours form and key drop box. My car needed scheduled maintenance items (oil change, tire rotation, transmission fluid replacement). Midtown Tire performed an overall vehicle inspection and sent my evaluation before 9am. The estimate was approved and the work performed to my satisfaction. Picked up my vehicle before noon. The final cost was the expected amount. Every interaction with Rett and Ryan was great. Highly recommend !!

  Rett was great! He took care of us when our transmission went out and worked with the warranty company to get it covered. We will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles here.

  I was 8 hours away from home visiting friends when my check engine light came on. They checked the code, got me in, and fixed it up so it was safe for me to travel back home. They went above and beyond to get the parts in sooner so I only had to extend my trip by a few days. I very much appreciated everything they did to make me feel safe driving back by myself and knowing it had been checked over. Highly recommend for amazing service and quality work!
