I can't say enough good things about my experience at Mavis Tires. I came in later in the day needing tires and an alignment, and I honestly wasn't sure they'd be able to get me in. Not only did Jamey and Wesley make it happen — they went above and beyond to make sure I didn't leave without my car taken care of.
The tires I needed weren't even in stock, but that didn't stop them. They went to the warehouse to pick them up so they could get the job done the same day. Jamey especially went above and beyond — his dedication to helping customers is truly exceptional, and it shows in everything he does.
In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, Jamey and Wesley reminded me what great service looks like. Fast, friendly, and genuinely committed to doing right by the customer. I'll be bringing my car here from now on, and I'd recommend Mavis to anyone. Thanks again, guys!

Amazing service, reliable updates, and they don’t cheat you on price. Everything they do is quality work they take pride in. I got tires from them a year ago and I recently needed new axels and they did an amazing job on both fronts. Cant recommend this location more. Jamie is awesome

Terrible experience with the service both by manager and to the vehicle. I was lied to multiple times regarding the work, parts, progress being made and treated extremely poorly and unprofessionally by the manager. they had the vehicle 3 days and issue was still not fixed after being told at least once a day the vehicle would be ready that day. i'd give zero stars if possible.
