  Jarvis Thorne was the best sales person anyone could ask for. He was patient and told me all the features that were on the car. I brought my own financing however Phillip the finance deserves 5 stars aw well.

  Make sure you request an inspection at a real dealership with them pay for it and any repairs in writing because their so called five star inspection is trash it missed a bent exhaust, shot brakes and a dead battery that they supposedly tested while I was doing the paperwork they refused to pay me for over $2000 in repairs after I spent over $60,000 there and don’t bother buying their extending warranty either you can buy one cheaper on your own they mark it way up greedy and unprofessional they never returned phone calls but if you call them someone you weren’t calling will call you back asking you what you’re trying to buy, even though you weren’t trying to buy anything everybody’s mailbox is full and even if you call and have them hand deliver them a message they still never called you back.

  James is a great sales consultant. I did not end up purchasing the vehicle due to it being in an accident. Reconditioned and repaired is just not enough to give me peace of mind when purchasing a vehicle out of state. He did take pictures and videos and test drove it himself. Response time was very quick and he communicated all of my concerns in a professional and timely manner. Only reason for the 4 stars was because the vehicle was listed online as no accidents. Thankfully the dealership provided the car fax. Again, thank you James for providing the information requested and for your transparency.

  Joe was exactly what you hope for in a car salesperson. I came in not totally sure what I wanted and he never once rushed me or made me feel like I was wasting his time. He patiently let me drive several cars until something clicked, and his low pressure approach made all the difference. He clearly knows his product and let the cars do the talking. If you want someone who will actually help you find the right fit rather than just close a deal, ask for Joe. Highly recommend!

  Javrious was my salesman, he kept me updated on the process the entire way. This was my first purchase from Grandmotor, there were some bumps with calculations on the buyers order, it took some back and forth for this to be resolved to my financial institution satisfaction..once this was fully explained to my salesman he was able to help the finance department understand what was needed, corrections were made so my purchase could happen. Javrious was helpful in demonstrating how to use the features one my vehicle, he had it cleaned, detailed and parked upfront waiting on me when I arrived. He checked on factory warranty I had remaining on the vehicle, reviewed features included on the car, and was helpful answering any questions I had. Thank you Javrious for your help through this process.
