    First off I’m from Alabama I was only in Georgia this week visiting I had been looking for a few months on trading my Tesla in for some more better for me cause of how travel a lot so I decided on a Monday before traveling back to Alabama to stop in at Grand Motorcars in kennasaw also I had called a few days before and talked with sales person her name is Denise and she was nice and helpful from the start answered all my questions so I felt good about that so I went in in that Monday looked at a few cars and seen a Acura I liked so we talked about it and by Saturday I had came back and sealed the deal one of the best things I could of done I’m very happy and grateful for everything so yes go see them u want be disappointed I also got a Chance to meet the owner his name was Hani he was nice also 10/10 make sure u ask for Denise tell her Vanna from Alabama sent u 😊

    I had an excellent experience at Grand Motors in Kennesaw, and I have to give a huge thank you to Tony Hawkins! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and worked hard to make sure I drove away in the exact Infiniti QX50 I wanted. Car buying can be stressful, but Tony made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. His honesty, patience, and customer service really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right vehicle, ask for Tony Hawkins. I couldn’t be happier with my new Infiniti. Thank you again, Tony!

    This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I had never purchased a vehicle online before, and after this experience, I likely never will again. Grand Motorcars completely ruined what should have been an exciting purchase experience. I purchased a 2022 BMW X5 M50i on April 30, 2026, and the process has been a hassle from the moment I set foot on the lot. Looking back, I should have trusted my instincts and walked away. I drove nearly seven hours to pick up a vehicle that I had been assured would be ready for delivery when I arrived. Instead, I spent another seven hours at the dealership because the vehicle was nowhere near ready. During that time, my salesperson, Tony Hawkins, was absent for approximately six and a half hours and provided little to no communication regarding the delays. Remarkably, he reappeared just in time to complete the paperwork. The one employee who genuinely tried to help was Javrious Thorne. He made every effort to move the process along and assist me while I was being left in the dark. Unfortunately, the dealership's management was equally disappointing. Jamil Lasley, who is no longer employed there, offered no meaningful assistance and seemed more focused on providing excuses than resolving the issues. To make matters worse, it has now been nearly 60 days since my purchase, and I still do not have a tag for my vehicle. What should have been a straightforward transaction has turned into a frustrating and exhausting ordeal. I cannot say whether these issues were caused by one salesperson or reflect the culture of the entire dealership, but my experience with Grand Motorcars in Kennesaw was unacceptable from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

    EDITED: Dealership responded to review to contact them, which I did and then made themselves invisible, would not respond. Finally talked to someone who said they would call me back, and they did not. I stand by my review that you should avoid this place at all costs. What an absolute joke of a dealership. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Let's start with the worst offense. They knowingly sold me a car (long-distance purchase) that had pretty obviously been in an accident, this was not disclosed on the Car Fax or mentioned by the sales person, or in the pictures the salesman sent to me. This was uncovered when I took the vehicle to the local dealership for a recall service. Second, the entire process of buying was a complete and total disaster. The salesman I worked with didn't even work at the dealership less than a week after I purchased the car. No one confirmed receipt of payment. The finance department couldn't even take the time to contact me with wire instructions. Avoid this place at all costs. Some of this is on me for being persistent about the car that I want, but no legal operating business should be allowed to operate this way.

    I am leaving this review to document my experience with Grand Motorcars Kennesaw regarding serious concerns involving transparency, contract handling, and vehicle condition. I was initially placed in a 2022 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack, which I had in my possession for approximately 53 days. During that period, there was a lack of clear and consistent communication regarding the lienholder and final financing structure, which created significant uncertainty around the transaction. I was then transitioned into a 2021 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. In my experience, this vehicle was not properly represented in its condition at the time of sale and has presented multiple ongoing mechanical and cosmetic issues, including but not limited to: * front bumper replacement prior to sale (not clearly disclosed to me) * Missing “392” badge upon delivery * Smoke coming through the vents while driving * Radiator issues that appear to require replacement * Constant brake squealing that was reported but not resolved * Missing fog light * Window tint peeling shortly after purchase * Right passenger wheel liner detaching due to weather and normal driving conditions Many promises were made that they never kept to help me with all of these issues.. At a purchase price of approximately $42,000, these issues have made the vehicle unreliable and significantly below the condition I reasonably expected based on how it was presented. I made multiple attempts to address these concerns directly with the dealership through service visits and communication with staff and management. In my experience, including interactions involving Clay Kremer and Richard, these concerns were not handled or resolved in a meaningful way, and I felt dismissed during the process. Overall, this reflects my personal experience after multiple documented attempts to resolve the issues directly. I am currently pursuing further review through appropriate consumer protection channels. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
