  I had a really great experience with this Enterprise and I am sure I will revisit again when needed in the future. The check-in process was very smooth with Matty Ice. He was very professional and clear in his communications as well as personable. I like the car that was given to me, it was clean and very spacious. And lastly, my checkout process was excellent with Gabrielle. He kindly removed my child’s car seat from the rental for me and made the checkout process easy. I really like this location, I have zero complaints.

  The customer service was great! The car was clean. The only complaint I have is they need to get better with time management. My reservation was at 9am and I didn't receive my car until 10:30am. This put me behind schedule on my traveling and was really an inconvenience. Other than that things went well.

  I rented a vehicle for 3 days, from 08/19 at 5:40 PM to 08/22 at 5:40 PM. However, I was charged for 4 days instead of 3. Since the rental period was exactly 72 hours, I believe I should only be charged for 3 days. I have been trying to contact your customer service, but no one is answering my calls. Could you please review the charge and refund the extra day?
