After my experience with this place twice, it's pretty clear the reviews are bought and untrue. I called to request a pick up twice and no one showed up. If I didn't scramble to get there I would have lost my reservation and teip wouldhave been ruined. Attendant checked vehicle and told me it had a full tank. It was 3/4 full. When I dropped ilthe car off, the attendant asked about the customer sevice to which I said it was horrible. He then attempted to persuade a good review from me with a discount or free upgrade on next rental, to which I said I'll never come back. Clearly no feedback is given to their employees or else they'd be more diligent at providing good service. Beware of this location.

I experienced my first hit and run back in February, I’d never had a rental before and when I say Collin I believe his name was , was so patient with me. I mean, the calm and understanding demeanor he gave was amazing. 10/10. I know this took a while my apologies. Life got the best of my timing but overall a wonderful experience.
Make sure to look at all of the numbers before you drive away in your rental car.
I know, I know, I should have looked more closely...
I saw the price that roughly matched what was advertised online and I just signed for the car. Later when I was looking at my credit card online I noticed that I was charged an extra undisclosed $300.
Their customer service only works 8-5. Even the chat agents. So no way to resolve immediately.
Pretty scammy behavior.
I guess we'll see what they say when the chat bots wake up tomorrow.
Edit: Re: response
I see that the bots that respond to negative comments work hours that the customer service ones don't.
It is poor business practice to charge someone double the advertised price, disclose it in fine print, not mention it verbally, and maybe refund it 10 business days later. Do better. Be better.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with Enterprise was incredibly disappointing. We rented a vehicle for a one-way trip from Kennesaw, GA to St. Augustine, FL and were shocked by the condition of the car we were given.
The vents were broken, the interior was scratched up and worn, and the vehicle sounded like it was falling apart every time we accelerated. For a $155 one-way rental, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. No customer should be sent on a long road trip in a car that feels unsafe and poorly maintained.
When I called to express my concerns, I was told there were no other vehicles available and that we could try stopping at another Enterprise location along our route to see if they could help. That solution simply shifts the inconvenience onto the customer and does not address the fact that this vehicle should never have been rented out in the first place.
We've had much better experiences with Budget and Avis in the past. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend looking at other rental companies before choosing Enterprise.
The staff was polite, but the condition of the vehicle and the lack of a reasonable solution made this a very frustrating experience.

Unbelievably unreliable. I booked a vehicle with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and received a guaranteed confirmation number (2116729964) for a 2:00 PM pick-up at the Woodstock II Bells Ferry location.
When I arrived on time, they told me they were entirely out of stock and had no cars available. What is the point of forcing customers to go through a formal reservation process if you aren’t going to hold the inventory? Stranding customers who have time-sensitive plans is a terrible way to run a business. Do not trust their confirmation emails.
